I recently purchased a washer/dryer combo from Lowe's Store #1014 in North Attleboro, MA, and was quite pleased with the customer service I received from Associates George and Fernando in the Appliance Department. This review is to let folks know that Lowe's does have some good stores and even better associates. The store itself is quite organized and easy to navigate. Associates help regardless of their assigned areas. The added benefit of my experience with George and Fernando is further proof that this store puts a lot of effort into customer satisfaction. After my washer/dryer combo died, I was given a Lowe's e-voucher to purchase a replacement by my homeowner's warranty company. I was fortunate to have Associates George and Fernando to help me throughout the whole buying process. They are knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and most of all helpful. I recommend this store and these two associates, if you want a great buying experience. Thank you, George and Fernando at Store #1014!

This store absolutely sucks. Ordered a dishwasher from them, was told by 2 different managers and got an email saying that it was in stock and ready for delivery. 1 hour before the delivery was scheduled, the delivery people, not Lowe's, but the delivery people called me and were very polite telling me that they didn't have it in stock. THIS STORE BLOWS, GO TO HOME DEPOT OR ANOTHER LOWES.

I recently stopped at this Lowe's to get some paper goods and other items for the condo. The store was very clean and it was busy with people. The aisles are very well labelled and things were easy to find.It is so easy to stop at a store like Lowe's when you also want to check on other items for the house, like paint supplies, home decor items, screws and nails, etc.It was an easy and convenient shopping experience.

I wanted to leave ZERO stars. I bought 2 sets of Christmas lights at North Smithfield Lowes. I brought them home and didn't even take them out of the box, I knew i didn't like them, they look like pineapples! Who wants pineapple lights on a Christmas tree? I was in North Attleboro today so I brought them into Lowes for a return, WITH MY RECIEPT, showing I purchased them 3 days ago at Lowes in North Smithfield (I even put them on my LOWES credit card). They would not except my return because they said their store doesn't carry that particular style. WHAT????!!!! I bought them at Lowes and should be able to return them to Lowes regardless of which store. I called N. Smithfield and they said they never heard of any other Lowes stores doing that. I will NEVER ever go into Lowes again. For the thousands of dollars I have given them, they wouldn't take my return because it was a different store!? Disgusted! Home Depot is better anyway.

First delivery was for a range and a refrigerator. Fridge came in damaged. The stove? Never put on the truck. Major inconvenience but we lived and put everything back and the old fridge repacked. So, had to go back to the store to get a different fridge and set the delivery up to arrive with the stove that was never put on the truck. Second attempt, Delivery guy says the fridge is damaged. I'm like wtf... I said how bad, he says you tell me.. I expected a dent maybe but this damage was deep gouges. Like carelessness. Stove was fine. So I packed up the fridge again and decided that because of the delivery problems they can keep the fridge and I will purchase elsewhere. I should have read the ratings first. Live and learn.

The purchase for the appliance was a piece of cake. The delivery part was a disaster. It tends to be like this at lowes and Home Depot ,I was not shocked from one delivery date from 3 days to 2 weeks later. What made the issue worst was , I wasn't looking for a new refrigerator just to replace .My refrigerator was dead so it was an emergency.Maybe I will stay local next time.

My freezer was supposed to be delivered on Friday. I was told that they would call in the morning with the time. I waited until noon, and, having heard nothing, I called Lowe's. The young lady I first spoke to was very polite, but couldn't find my order. She asked if she could call me back. I agreed. Later, I got a call from the salesman who had processed my order. He said that he couldn't find my receipt and asked for the numbers on my receipt. I gave them to him, but, he, too, couldn't find the order. He said that he needed to speak to a manager to fix the problem, that he'd call later, and hung up. I waited until 3 PM and called to see if the order was finally found. It was. Delivery would be the next day, on Saturday. The delivery men called with the time, and I opened the doors to the basement for them. They arrived not long after. They dropped it where I wanted it, next to a smaller freezer I've had for YEARS, and left! After they left I went to open the freezer door. It was still taped closed. I stepped back and then noticed that they didn't make sure it was level, nor did they plug it in. They left the tape all over it. I pushed it to get it level, as best as I could, then went to plug it in. The plug was taped to the back, which I couldn't reach and it was too short to reach if the tape wasn't cut. And, as a disabled senior, I couldn't move it! Thank God I have a brain that's still working! I got a metal yard stick, a knife , and my gripper for getting things I can't reach. I taped the knife securely to the yard stick, grabbed the cord with the gripper, which I dropped and had to dig out after, held the cord away from the back of the freezer so I didn't accidentally cut it, and used the knife to saw at the tape. It FINALLY cut through and I FINALLY got the cord out. It was too short to reach the plug, but I had a heavy duty extension cord that worked. Then I had to take off all the rest of the tape, and put the shelving in. All of this took me 45 minutes! I'm exhausted! But, it's working!I gave the delivery men a small tip, each. I regret doing that now. I don't believe they earned it.I wanted Lowe's Corporate to know the problems that I've had with their store, hoping that they would take steps to improve their customer care. I found NO way to contact them other than social media, so I took that route to inform them of things that they SHOULD already know! When I checked through Yelp, the highest rating I found for Lowe's, in any location, was 2.5. That's a terrible score for any business, in my opinion. but, considering the way I have been treated with my window last year, and the freezer this year, I can see why the rating IS so low. Their upper management is not doing their job!

This is by far the worse Lowes I have ever been to. The employees just stand around and have zero knowledge. Four employees stand by the self checkout...FOUR, while not one register is open. The employees at the PRO area are just as bad too.

We had some issues with our new fence delivery. Ghida was very helpful and went above and beyond to make it right. It wasn't their fault- someone took two panels of our original delivery out of the pile. So we ended up with two mismatched panels. Unfortunately all efforts were made to find matching ones but failed. Ghida comped two panels and wood stain. We were able to find all supplies to complete our fence for much less than wood wire and fence company. Overall great customer service. For this reason I will always give them our business.
