Macy's Rogue Valley Mall offers a first-class selection of top fashion brands including Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, Clinique, Estee Lauder, and Levis. In addition to shoes and clothing, Macy's has a wide variety of housewares, gifts, and furniture in select stores. Customers have had mixed experiences at Macy's. Some were disappointed by the limited selection of dresses and shoes in their desired sizes and styles, while others found the staff to be exceptionally helpful and accommodating, particularly with returns. One customer praised the exceptional service they received from a team member named Christine in the Men's Suits Department, who provided personalized guidance and assistance. Despite the occasional challenges, Macy's remains a beloved department store for many, offering a wide range of quality products and taking advantage of the various coupons and loyalty programs available. This store is sadly no longer in great condition, or very clean. The air conditioning also did not work great either when I went. Hopefully this mall gets some renovations done to get these stores back in good shape.

So sad to see Macy's in this condition. Malls used to be such an awesome place.

Thank god for Macy’s. At least they have nice clothes and shoes. The bad reviews are from those who can’t stop complaining. Because of people there are hardly any stores we can shop at. I hate on- line shopping.
