Mike was great! I had shopped at other stores for my suit and got ignored in all of the other places. Mike used an appropriate approach, proper sales skills and was skilled in the whole process. He is a real pro. I hope he trains all of your other employees. I would return because of him.

The Warwick ri location staff were rude both upstairs and downstairs. We had all the groomsmen go in to try on suits and shoes for their rentals then got repeated emails saying they don’t have measurements for x y and z person in the party but when we called they said oh no it’s all set we have them. Then the day they to go to pick up their rentals they’re missing pieces of the rental including shoes which is what was paid for so had to get on the phone and argue about that. Definitely if you have any colors other then black white or blue that your looking for in a vest go somewhere else. Men’s warehouse doesn’t have any colored vests so we had to get totally separate rentals for that which was hard to find bc most places don’t just rent vests and ties separately.

I have walked into this store on a few different occasions and had the same experience as a person of color. The first time I went in was to purchase a $500. gift certificate for my nephew and this teenager asked me for my credit card and began tapping it on the counter top asking me if I made my mind up after I askEd him a few questions. I quickly said I'll need my card back and left the store. my wife even commented on how rude he was. I didn't go back to the store for over a year and when I walked in today, there was gentleman with a bald head who walked past me to approach and greet a customer who happened to be white and walked in after I did. I purposely went to a display nearby so he'd have to walk around me and he and the young clerk said absolutely nothing and just stared at me. I have never felt welcomed in that store and have experienced this each time I came in. I went to Warwick and was greeted and helped each time. I have never felt welcomed in that store nor has anyone approached me to lend assistance. I will let it be known at a much higher level. and by the way I am well over 50.

as the father of the bride i have to say the experience was horrible. My son and i had to go back twice to get refit one day before the wedding because they only give you one day to try it on .. After that my son's shirt was difference from all the others and barely fit.. My shirt looked like it came from a good will box. One of the groomsmen's tux had smoked cigarette butt in the pockets. Two other shirts didnt match either. I added this to their survey and it was not allowed on theirwebsite due to non conformity with their rules.. Do they only allow positive reviews. Will NEVER use them again .. They are the worst . Keith G

Just walked into this store to get help with a tie and a pocket scarf for a wedding and of the 3 employees I seen not one acknowledged me. Mind you, their was no other customers in the store. The lady employee was talking the young guys ear off about her entire family and the other guy just walked by me without asking if I needed any assistance. What is wrong with customer service nowadays? I would of loved to have purchased the things that I needed but because of the lack of customer service I will take my business elsewhere. Just aggravating that is all.

My husband and I went in here looking for a blazer/sport coat. We also leave for vacation in a couple weeks and could have used some summer items. Not one person offered help. No one ever said hi. I was standing right near two employees at one point and they still ignored me. It was so unbelievably rude. For my husband to notice how rude it was is saying something. He hates socializing. He would probably rather the sales people not bother him too much but this was next level. About 10 minutes in some other people came in. They were offered help. The same two employees still didn't greet them. One of them just got someone else to go help them but before doing that he couldn't be bothered to say hello like most sales people do when you walk into a store. Oh and us, still standing there...we were still ignored. There was a blazer that we liked but we weren't quite sure of the fit. Since no one offered to help we just decided to leave. My husband bought 3 blazers, 2 dress shirts, 3 polos and 2 dress pants at another store that same evening. He is also in need of some new suits and ties. We won't be going back to Men's Wearhouse for those. We'll be sure to tell others of our experience as well. To quote the great Julia Roberts, "Big mistake. Big. Huge. I have to go shopping now."

My son needed a suit for his freshman dance - the service here was amazing! We were going to rent a suit but the sales associates found one in his size for sale that was less than the rental. A huge thank you - highly recommend!

The team took the time to walk us through all the different rental package choices, explain the differences and make recommendations. It was so easy to send a group code to our bridal party and family members. They were able to try on the suits from where they live across the country and pick up them up near the wedding. At pick up, they checked the fit and made sure that everything was there. We loved working with them.

This place is the worse! The whole wedding party went four times to be fitted. And all four times the suits were wrong!!!!! Very unprofessional. I had to go back twice in one week and the second day was before the wedding!!! They also forgot to pack shoes for one of the groomsmen!

The worst customer service experience of my life. Clearly these people are working off commission, the employees won’t help eachother. They all ignore you if one is helping you. But the one that is helping you is helping three people at once and won’t focus on what you are doing. They just lost our business after we sat around trying to get helped for 45 minutes. And our business was our entire wedding party, so their loss.
