Definitely lodged a formal complaint already but just gotta say here that Naomi was legit the worst. Wouldn't be surprised if she lied about her name but she's a nurse practitioner here. I only spoke with her for like 4 minutes but I would've rather clawed my eyes out with a fork. She was mad rude, dismissive, and accused me of lying. On top of just not doing the bare minimum as a medical professional. I guess just being kind and helpful was like, way too hard I guess? I don't even know why you're in the medical field "Naomi"

Told me to be there at 9, appointment at 910. I show up at 9, try to check in, nothing works. Doctor comes out at like 930 and tells me she can’t help me because I wasn’t there early enough to fill out paperwork. Save your time and go somewhere else, place is an absolute joke.

Went in to get my couple day old puncture wound checked out for signs of infection. Was laughed at and told there was no wound, nothing there. Felt very uncomfortable.

it was very clear the “doctor” was one of those people too stupid to pass medical school. i feel sorry for her, but not sorry enough to not leave this review. don’t waste your time here, go to the er if you actually care about your health. all love. ?

My husband went last Friday for bronchitis. I asked him if they gave him an antibiotic, they didn't. Only prescribed him a pill for cough. Here where are, 5 days later he is no better. Going to have to go elsewhere and pay another copay. Don't waste your hard earned money on this place. Also. He has been sick on and off for 3 weeks now, not the type of person to get sick or even go to the doctors. The was no need to wait on an antibiotic.

Went in for allergies. Seemed like it was a sinus problem or Covid. Decided to get checked. I was given the Covid test, and proved negative. When my oxygen level was tested it was off. They called for rescue. Did not feel I needed it. Under a great amount of stress. No one listened. I was taken to the ER where they found no heart problems. 7 hrs later they attributed the spike in heart rate to stress. Breathing due to asthma which I am medicated for. Also allergies and a cold. Why did the Minuteclinic not test me for what I came in for. Know that they were concerned. But they did not handle the situation correctly. Also the Minuteclinic has a bad rep from those I was treated by. Not a good place to go.

Can not call and speak to anyone nor make an appointment. Their convoluted phone system is a nightmare to navigate. CVS pharmacy is just as bad, as well as trying to up sell everything. On line is just as bad. Support your local pharmacy and appreciate the individual care and support.

I would give this place a O star if I could, I saw the sign said Respect in front of the door at minute clinic but the worker was very Rude and unprofessional he was calling someone and I had to listen to the conversation most of the time that I was there, and I had to pay $174 just to listen to something that I would not expected I have a very bad experiences with this place I'll never go back again.

Olivia Logan was so great with me when I went into the clinic for acid reflux (thought it maybe heart issues) she calmed me down and was so kind. She did a great exam and even spent time talking to me to make sure I was stress free before I left. Best experience I've ever had at a minute clinic. I will deffinatly be back because of her.

Today, I had need of a visit to this clinic late this afternoon. The clinic is advertised as being open till 5:30 pm but was closed at 4:30 AND accepting no patient after 4:20! The CVS pharmacist called whoever was in charge and noted the closing time of 5:30 in the website. The person indicated that he knew the website had not been corrected. Not at all helpful to someone requiring urgent care.

First experience at a CVS minute clinic was nothing short of disappointing. Nurse unable to make good judgment calls regarding how to prioritize patients and coordinate the system for clinic. Store manager was sympathetic to our concerns but did nothing about it. I would not recommend going to this location to receive care.
