My Mazda's key fob battery died today, and I went to O'Reilly in North Attleboro for a new one. I was assisted by Mr. Alexis, and he's top notch. Great customer service, informative, and kind. I would highly recommend both Alexis and this store. if I could give 6 stars, I would!

Stopped in to O'ReillyAuto Parts in N. Attleboro today. Christian was behind the counter, and asked if I needed help which I did. The part wasn't in stock being an 2008 car.He offered to order it and search for it then gave me the part #. A great young man at O'REILLY Auto Parts! Thanks Christian

I have to say ! The kid that manage this company Jesus is out of this world ! Super knowledgeable, very accommodating, I didn’t know what was wrong with my Mercedes when it died at the gas station, I went for help to O’Reilly and Jesus came all the way to the gas station in a nasty rain with some equipment to start my car, my battery was defective, I got a new battery from him and he also address me where to go to get it stall, because he didn’t have the proper equipment to do it.I don’t know how many people, will go all the way out there to help a person especially with the strong rain we had that day, but Jesus did. I been telling everybody that need help with their car to see himKudos to you guys, thank you very much Jesus.

The technicians knew their stuff, and even though there was no immediate financial benefit, they found a way to go and help me figure out the alternator was the culprit.

Just want to say the gentlemen working today went above and beyond. ( also said he was new to the store ). He looked up what my car needed for me as I was clueless. The people that changed my oil told me they didn't have what I needed and to go find a brand no one has ever heard of. (A coolant called oats) So not only did I get laughed at, at auto zone , I was just flustered and over it. ?. This gentlemen was nice enough to help me with everything I needed and even offered to carry my things to my car. It was much appreciated after the morning I had. If you need any auto parts I would def recommend coming here !!!

Just want to Thank Lewis for his exceptional customer service. After pulling in to get a windshield washer cap and fluid on a 5 degree night. I noticed a d Antifreeze leak. Lewis tried to help me every way possible. He went above and beyond and showed true concern for me and my daughters safety. Even insisted on continuing to try to find ways to fix the issue even when the store was closing. Thankfully we got home safe and got my car fixed the next day due to his assistance. Highly recommended.

The most lax and uninspired employees anywhere. Even though I was the only person there, and it appraised that there were 4 employees there, I felt like I was definitely imposing on them. Very uncomfortable for me. They did have what I wanted, but I'd rather never have to go back there, and would not have if the Auto Zone next for was not out. Kind of explains why I was the only customer there I guess.
