While there are some limitations in free weights, the available equipment is in good condition and sufficient for most workouts. The gym also offers amenities like hydromassage, which is especially valued by members with Black Card memberships, along with access to all their locations for free when traveling. Staff at Planet Fitness are consistently friendly, courteous, and attentive. They take the time to learn members’ names, respond thoughtfully, and ensure that members have what they need, whether at the front desk or on the workout floor. The team keeps the gym in good condition and provides a positive environment where members feel comfortable and not judged. Members appreciate the helpfulness of staff like Brooke, Maureen, and managers who handle issues promptly and professionally. Overall, Planet Fitness provides a clean, friendly, and well-equipped space for all to build strength and stay motivated.
For the price it's 5 stars. I could gripe a little about some of the equipment, but for 15$ a month... No real complaints, definitely worth the money.

Mary and I (Peter) love the gym. I started going at 5 AM and the man at the desk makes all the difference. He keeps it clean and is good to all customers.
