I recently opened a new account here. I was very lucky to be helped by Marlene, who is the manager in Walpole but was helping in North that day. She was so professional, knowledgeable, organized, and a pleasure to speak with. It was the easiest, quick process ever! She explained every feature and online banking abilities. Every question I had, she answered fully and I felt so pleased with the experience of dealing with a true professional. 100% recommend using them for banking. They offer the rare interest earning checking and savings plans also! Make your money earn you money. Thanks Marlene and to the friendly staff at this branch.

Very unorganized, no transparency or communication. Applied for a loan and got approved but the numbers changed every time and they could not provide backup prior to signing. I got passed around numerous times and everyone deferred blame for the problems.

During COVID, the only way to access the building is through the drive-thru, or so the sign says. So, I waited 25 minutes in the drive-thru to use the ATM before my transaction as I needed more money to pay a loan. There is no ATM in the drive-thru but there's no sign saying this, so the employee told me to go in the building to use the ATM. I then had to wait another 30 minutes in the drive-thru after using the ATM the sign originally told me not to use. Figure it out.

This bank is so clean and very inviting. I have had a great experience with all the tellers that I have had interactions with.

After over 20 years of making on time mortgage payments and owing only 12K, when my partner died they did NOTHING to help me and I would have lost my house if a relative hadn't loaned me the 12k. The bank made almost 200K in interest from us but when I needed them, they turned their back on me. I would NEVER recommend them. Never.
