Frequent this place. Very clean, my go to store. Joan behind the service desk ( worked 9/23 afternoonish) Is an absolute treasure, was 3rd in line and she made everyone feel like a friend and like she’s seen them everyday. Joan is amazing

caught some shaws worker with glasses buying pokemon on his shift multiple times crazy and some manger that’s large comes out started saying they can buy on and off the clock terrible management threatened me with cops and kicked me out,i keep having these issues at this store they need a new management

Saw a rat running from the building, employees are so slow it's frustrating getting anything from the deli. The clearance meat section has beef, pork, and chicken mixed all together in a cross contaminated area only about 12 inches wide. The mens bathroom door doesn't lock leaving it not very private. I've had people walk in on me twice. For a store that just went through renovations it's real dumpy looking inside and out. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired

Mr William the manager has no manners and treated your customers really bad and he said he does that to every customer. Also, he did not take care of my problem that people at the pick up area harassing customers. I hope this goes to the right place also told me not to come back to the store, nice manager the young short guy is better to be a real manager (Mr William is a joke refusing to give me his last name for a reason).I hope you don’t treat your employees like you treat the costumers…if you don’t have proof don’t talk to me like I stole something cause I fell harassed by the employees every time I walk in to pick up an order now

OK IM ALL DONE HERE EVERYTIME I ADD MY SPECIALS IT NEVER COMES OUT CORRECTLY. THERE IS A SERIOUS SOFTWARE GLITCH AND IT IS UNFAIR I COUNT UP MY ORDER SO I KNOW HOW MUCH IT WILL COST AND IT NEVER COMES OUT CORRECTLY I WILL TAKE MY SHOPPING TO MARKET BASKET THANK YOU VERY MUCH. SECONDLY AT ONE TIME SHAWS EMPLOYEES GREATED THEIR CUSTOMERS AND WERE POLITE. THAT HAS GONE TOO SO SAD

Typically we don't have any complaints about this location but the past three times we have shopped here we have come home to find out some of our food is bad... Blueberries moldy, corn on the cob rotted, Blackberries mushy and mold all over the bottom berries.

I would say after shopping here consistently for a long time that the produce quality can be atrocious for some of the things they put out. I am fairly certain they have employed Stevie Wonder to manage produce. I have seen straight up moldy produce on the floor. One time they featured blackberries. Every single container had mold. I bought some corn. I had checked the tips at the store which looked fine. When I got home and opened them fully it looked like there was some substance on the corn. Over ripe and beat up fruit is another problem. Veggies aren't much better. Rubbery broccoli, sad string beans, oranges that are dry inside, etc... Really give a good look over anything you buy.
I would say anything else is generally okay. I do get some decent deals. Meat selection tends to be okay.
