Went to East Longmeadow, MA branch to close out two CD's and move to Savings. Forty minutes later it was done. Had a short wait with teller, who sent me to Asst Manager, who after waiting for her, I had to go back to teller. Teller obviously was out of her comfort level, she had to keep asking the gentleman next to her who was waiting on customers and doing the drive up. She actually handed him her keyboard. Normally it would have been an inconvenience but I am suffering from a knee problem and standing for long periods and walking aggavate the problem. TD may be the most convenient ( I dont believe it!) but they are the slowest and the most exasperating. As soon as I am up to it, I am closing my account completely and moving to my other bank, Berkshire Bank.

This is absolutely the worst branch I’ve been to. If I have to time I’ll drive the extra distance to go somewhere else. They always will give you a hard time regardless of how easy the transaction is. Just go somewhere else.

I went there today to open up a new bank account. The process was easy and it was not as stressful as I anticipated it to be. Julie I. Shannon, the financial services representative, was so pleasant, kind, and answered all of my questions. I am definitely happy with the customer service I received today. 5 Stars, highly recommend.

Management has very little manners. Even if there is no solution to your problem they should have more sympathy when listening to your problem.

I use them last summer when I get stuck up on the North Shore... I did a search for the one on the Southern Artery Quincy Mass this is what IT brought up this explains why Yelp is a 2-star rating.

Always the best service here. The people are so helpful and nice. They make a point of knowing their customers by name. The hours are extremely convenient.
