Very unhappy with the service I received in the UPS store in North attleboro. Girl behind the counter was too busy yawning and tending to her own business to help me I ended up leaving with no service. Thanks!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The young man that helped me knew what I was there for the minute he saw me walk in. It took me longer to walk from my car to the store than it took to process the return

I have been working on a big community service event in North Attleboro since January, 2025. Danielle has been my “go to person” for logistical support including colorful flyers, all sorts of printing needs, design work on large posters and last minute rushes and changes. She is professional, made helpful suggestions and sought clarification when needed. She is friendly and courteous with a smile on her face. She is a true asset to your store.

I am an 18+ year customer of this UPS location. This is the third time in the last few months that the door is “hard” locked meaning it can’t be accessed with the 24/7 code during off hours. I am so frustrated because I am now traveling 25 mins away to get to my business PO Box and to find no access, is extremely irresponsible by the last employee to set the lock. When I call during business hours, I am told that the door was set properly or I get backpedaling excuses. The PO Box user fees are not cheap but I am willing to pay to have 24/7 access. Time to consider other options. Not happy!

I happen to be in town and needed to ship a family members things cross country. The ease of shipping and mind I had was so great. My packages reached BEFORE they were supposed to and everything was in tact. Great employees at this location!

I keep having shipping issues with them after I drop off packages. Second time in a month and I am ready to post a review after a year of good service I am now annoyed I can’t trust this store anymore. I will have to make additional claims with the shipping receipts. PSA always ask for receipts from this place, until they have more success on correctly shipping packages out. 1 Amazon return and one UPS package are lost nowhere my UPS package somehow they don’t have in their possession even though I dropped the box off and have a shipping receipt.

Today I came in to return some things I bought on Amazon and Ruby was the nicest sweetest person I’ve ever dealt with in customer service. You picked a good one in her. She was very helpful and patient.

The amazing customer service delivered by Meagan. When i explained i had a TBI she was knowledgeable and totally helpful. She was incredible and very kind. She easily took care of a problem I was having with Amazon. She rocks!!!!!

They are very efficient, moving the line quite fast especially when the line is long with people just doing simple returns. And they always have multiple people at the registers to achieve that speed -- most notably around holidays.
