Came in at 7:20 and staff was very friendly and Mathew helped me out a lot with getting the 1 terabyte 15 pro max and explained all the accessories very well helping me get everything I needed . Would absolutely recommend going here for all your phone needs.

Don't do it bill will start at 80$ then ti will turn to 115+$ and that was for 1 line and phone was paid off this company is a total ripoff metro is 50 to 70$ unlimited everything and never changes save your money if you are doing it for a free phone still not worth it this company changes you to talk to people they pay you to take down bad reviews don't fall into there trap

This store has the worst customer service ever! Waited over 40 minutes to be told that they’re vey busy when they’re just pretending to be busy going back and forth to the back of the store and not helping people, worst experience ever and waste of my time!

Whether online or in-store, it feels like they are actively working to not help me fix the problems they caused with my logins. They just send you back and forth to other customer service reps who don't know what to do. Thanks, Verizon!

100% disappointed with this location!! They are not interested in helping you!!! All they care about is selling you a phone or have you add lines and services you don't need!! They are always short staffed in this location! If you have a problem call customer service instead of wasting your time going in to this store. They will do nothing to help you!!
