me and my family were waiting in the line for checkout and the workers ARE SLOWWWWWWWWWWW. the people in front of us only had 3 bags it took them a half an hour to do it

I was staying with a friend for a weekend for a few days and we just needed some more stuff for groceries. Decided to stop at the store to find whatever we needed. It was close by so we chose this place. It was my first time so it was kind of confusing where to find, whatever we need but the store is pretty big just like any other Walmart supercenter I've been so far we found some of the stuff that we needed, but I was just sad not to see the bottled Coca-Cola soda that I was looking for, but it's OK. They probably are out of stock, maybe I'll come by next time when I'm around the area.

The store manager is not customer-oriented (shocker). Had a delivery order of 35 items.. got 13.. wife went down there .. the manager said the driver couldn't fit all items and indicated not his fault .. it's a third party... Dear Walmart please fire this idiot and replace with competent employee.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. been coming to this Walmart for over 10+ years for pretty much anything I've needed. been using grocery pickup for a little over a year & used to have great things to say. today was my last straw. I had to wait OVER 3 hours to get my grocery pickup. I got no apologies from staff or anyone. I understand being short staffed and being busy but the fact I got a alert saying order ready for pickup at 2:01 and again at 5:01 when I've been waiting in the parking lot in my assigned number for OVER 3 hours. My order was ready from 2-3. at 4 I started called the 508 number listed on pick up signs no one answered and voicemail was full and no room to leave new voicemails. so I waited outside the front door of pick up associates to talk to someone.. no one came outside so I go back in the car and call an 800 number, after being transferred 3 times someone tells me they spoke to the "team lead" & they are prepping my order and will call before coming out. it then became 5:15 and still haven't heard from anyone. a employee comes up to my window and asks for my name. explained that I called and talked to someone an hour ago who said it would be ready soon. he shows me his phone where it says the order is getting ready now and isn't prepped. I had another commitment at 5pm which this experience made me late too. silly me for thinking that picking up my grocery order would take 15 minutes I have never felt so disappointed and disrespected in my life. this was a complete waste of my time/gas. I could have gone into the store and picked out every item and would have plenty of time left to pay go home put groceries away & relax. now the one day I have in the week off is wasted from waiting this long. I will never be returning to this store & will not be recommending this store or Walmart at all to friends/family. I also witnessed an elder woman say she's been waiting an hour & countless other people leaving after waiting however long they waited. I truly hope you can do something to fix this system you have because it's just not right.

I have been going to this Walmart often....the area on Washington street can get very busy with traffic, so it's best when it's not during rush or busy hours. But I got some vitamins for far less than I would get if I buy the national brand. Reading the list of ingredients and percentage of daily nutritional requirement, these Spring Valley choices are very close to the other ones, at about 30-50% off. Do yourself a favor and compare prices....many times, these are even cheaper than the warehouse clubs like BJ's and Costco.

I mean it's Walmart so you get the good with the bad. My biggest life pro tip is to bring reusable bags when you can, the employees will be annoyed (even though corporate encourages it) otherwise you'll be stuck with cheap easily ripable paper bags. Also keep your receipt in hand upon exit. Walmart nationwide has a HUGE shrink issue. Apart of it is due to its obsession with self checkout and the elimination of front end staff.

If I could get away with right this review without having to put any stars, I would do that it was the worst experience I've ever had in my life. The store, self-service lines was stretched around the back of the supercenter, like down the aisle, and all the way like almost to the back of the store first of all. The employees were not that helpful. They thought they could find something I needed. They took me to the wrong aisle and were like nope that's not it let's try this other one that took me that wasn't the right one Had three different aisles before I even found anything that was close to. I was looking for and then come to find out it was still the wrong item. I think they need to make the employees on the floor more knowledgeable about the products that they're selling especially if they're working in that particular department or at least have some idea of how to call someone else that's more experience for assistance to help Customer. Then I get a front I get in line, you thought to gosh that there was going to be a blizzard or something happening and granted there was gonna be snow coming next day, but a lot of the cars in line did not even have blizzard condition food in them so people have appliances. Another guy had a television set some bunch who had clothing and stuff in there you don't need anything that's not a winter jacket or something for the next day you don't need new bathing suit you don't need to get like a pair pants or a T-shirt or whatever it was absolutely stupid purchases and as far as I'm concerned on top of that, there was only two regular registers open as well as the full service type of like express where you could go in and wait on you so called self service or something but I felt this was definitely negligent on the part of the service itself it was no one really managing what was going on there was directing anyone to me that just was no organization whatsoever and the other two checkout lines they finally when it was like two people away from actually get to the register that then finally open up a third register, which made no sense whatsoever open up three or four she don't have 5060 people waiting in line to get out. And on top of that, they advertise certain products and you going to store buy it which I had done but there was no products in the store that goes like oh we really don't sell it even though it says we have in an aisle we really don't sell that here and I'm like why would it say it's an in particular aisle if you don't sell it she said we just can't sell everything you can't expect us to sell everything we have. And I'm thinking myself. Yes, if you post it on your page, I expect you to carry it in your store. It'll be a while before I get back to this one again maybe a long while.

I have called this store on 3 separate days. They DO NOT pick up the phone. I have an item that was delivered that is broken, I don't know if I can return it there or not since they WILL NOT pick up the phone. Very poor service with grocery pick up too. Will not go to this Walmart any longer and we spend about $1500 a month in groceries.

We were about to finish our purchase but needed a skin care product that was locked up in a case. No one around so at the checkout we were told to follow an employee with keys to open it. His keys opened every case except the one I needed open. The lock was jammed so it couldn't be opened and as a result we couldn't make our purchase. Very disappointing.

This Walmart in North Attleboro has THE worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are neither customer centric or service minded! My package was delivered to the wrong address and the photo they texted me proved it. They said there wasn't anything they could do because they use a third party to make theirs deliveries and told me I was out of luck. I was able to call the main number and get a refund, but it should not have been this hard!

The worst Walmart I've ever been in. It's dirty the staff is rude understocked. Merchandise is on the floor and when ever I walk out I always want to take a shower.

staff treat customers very badly and then complaint to manager was even worse. manager at the north attle store in mass was just as rude as his help poorly run store manager and most of his staff in no attle, mass should be fired and new hires need to take a class on how to treat there customers and be sure new and existing managers know the protocol on how to speak to customers with respect!!!

We had the rudest cashier at the Walmart in NO ATTLEBORO after buying $103.70 worth of stuff, my husband went to reach for 2 PAPER BAGS at another register because he is on a limited income, and she told him NO that was STEALING FROM ANOTHER CASHIER! THEN, she had the nerve to toss an item at my husband and break it. She told him HE should have caught it! Keep in mind my husband is 65! My husband told her he was going to get another one and took the broken item back to the shelf and got a new one, he was FURIOUS! I WAS ANGRY but kept my calm. I am trying to reach CORPORATE DIRECT, and anyone else who will listen because when I wanted a manager she told me JOSE was not there. I guess JOSE is in charge of this store. I am 1000% disgusted with the NO. ATTLEBORO store since there is never anyone higher to reach but online.
