“I was a little skeptical of renting a unit from here because I was concerned about the lack of a human. But much to my surprise, the online rental was easy and upon arriving to open my unit, I met Mike (a human!!) who was so kind and helpful and made the whole process super easy. The facility has office hours to which I was unaware. He explained everything and even came out to show me how to use the lock. I left completely satisfied that my stuff is safe and that if anything comes up, I can give Mike a call!! Thank you Mike!!!!”

“Everyone from viking moving was so wonderful. They helped me move last minute the day I was released from the hospital. The moving coordinator in the office was really accommodating when I was booking. The movers themselves were so nice and efficient. “Big Foot did a truly fantastic job moving, storing, and then retrieving all the contents of my apartment. Having used different companies over the years as I’ve moved around the world, Big Foot have been by the far the best. A huge thanks and kudos to Mike and the entire team. From my initial contact they have been professional, friendly, responsive, on-time, and highly skilled at everything they do. They are the first company, that despite some very delicate objects, did not damage a single item. When I recently retrieved a couple of items from their storage facility I was blown away by the care and expertise that had obviously gone into the packing and storage. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and secure, with easy access and excellent organization. You can tell the staff take pride in keeping everything in top shape.

“We met Jodie in person about a month ago as she was walking through the hallway while we were in our storage unit and she was very nice. She asked us if we needed anything and said if we need anything to let her know. We mentioned that we may need to get a bigger unit at some point and time and she told us not a problem that she could help us if she was working on the day we needed help. Well last night I went online to request a new unit that’s bigger and to my surprise it was Jodie that called my phone to help me, I said I think your the lady I spoke to a while back about a bigger unit and she she oh yes I know exactly who you are. She is awesome, she made our time of hardship and sadness much better. She is very sweet and definitely went above and beyond to help us. Thank you Jodie so much!!!!”

“I moved mid July 2025. The most incredible experience! They treated my furniture with such care, wrapping & packing every piece for maximum protection. The guys were pros, fitting my couch thru the smallest doorway was my biggest fear. They popped it right thru without any effort-I’m still amazed!! Also it was a beastly hot day & they worked so hard to get the move done in record time. Afterward they were very happy to move things into their desired places. I can’t recommend this company more!! Give these guys a big raise…they are everything great about this company! Btw the owner stopped by to make sure everything was going fine!”

“I have used Simpson Brothers for many moves over 25+ years and to me they are the best in the business. They have not broken one dish or damaged one piece of furniture ever. Their prices are the most reasonable to be found for the quality of service provided. They also still maintain a storage warehouse which few movers offer.”

After some horrific experiences with other businesses around the area the third time proved to be the charm. My wife and I put a deposit on a unit over the computer at public storage in Westford. When we showed up they wanted a list of what items we were going to store. We said no they said we couldn't rent there. Next stop was sav-space in Littleton where we were greeted by an a man looking as if he was just paroled. This greeter didn't know anything, his words, he was just there to keep people there until the owner made her way down. We left there quickly. Arrived at main st mini storage where Marcia, pretty sure that's her name, took wonderful care of us. Showed us bigger units than the other places suggested in our price range with a smile and information to answer any questions. When we started moving things in we got to meet Kate who carried along the torch of professional and courteous care.”
