“We’re so glad to have found Dr. Avery and the clinic! We sought a second opinion from Dr. Avery for our bunny, Totoro, who is dealing with some complex health issues.
Dr. Avery is incredibly kind and attentive to Totoro and to us. He is accommodating, quick to respond, and quick to act. Dr. Avery clearly has extensive experience, and we always leave our conversations with him feeling much more informed about Totoro’s situation. He explains in detail what’s going on and answers all our questions. He also takes our concerns and observations seriously. Dr. Avery is truly compassionate with Totoro and us. He has been transparent about procedure estimates and has considered the costs for us. He has a wealth of knowledge, and it puts us at ease to have him take care of Totoro. The West Concord Animal Clinic team is so kind and welcoming to Totoro and us. They have been compassionate and accommodating, particularly Ethen and Shaunna. After my neighbor passed away unexpectedly, I took responsibility for caring for her cat, Liyla, who was found severely malnourished. I brought her in immediately because I was deeply concerned about her weight and the condition of her coat, which was badly matted.
Dr. V and her entire team are truly exceptional. Dr. V was honest and compassionate when explaining Liyla’s condition, which I greatly appreciated. I didn’t want to give up on Liyla, but I also didn’t want to prolong her suffering if it was her time. Dr. V let me know there was still hope if we were willing to fight and I absolutely was. I’m thrilled to share that Liyla is now back to her beautiful, diva self. Her mats are gone, she has gained significant weight, and she’s keeping her food down. None of this would have been possible without Dr. V and her incredible staff.
It’s immediately clear that everyone here genuinely loves animals. During Liyla’s first visit, they shaved her mats (which she desperately needed). At her follow-up appointment, they even groomed her, something I’m sure she protested, as she hates water but once she got home, she couldn’t stop rubbing against everything. She was clearly feeling herself, and I’m so grateful to the staff for going the extra mile and spoiling her.
I also want to give a special shoutout to the front desk team. Both of you have been an absolute pleasure to speak with every time. You’re thorough, patient, and always make sure I fully understand her medications and follow-up care plus you offer helpful tips that truly make a difference.
I can’t recommend this practice enough. If you’re looking for compassionate, knowledgeable care for your pet, this is the place to go.”

I can’t say enough about the patience and kindness of the staff in helping care for our nervous doggie, our elderly girl who has heart disease, and their silly little sister. The vets and techs truly follow the fear free protocols and the vets spend the time to get the whole picture and give guidance and options. We’ve gotten the chance to get to know Dr Wilson and Dr Rondeau pretty well and they’ve been awesome. But have had an equally good experience with Dr Carpenter last week, and really anyone we’ve seen for a sick visit. It’s also a well run and organized practice.”

“Very nice caring people work here , prices seem very high we only have hope that they know what they are doing. Two years ago after a number of tests we were convinced to have done our cat was diagnosed with terminal cancer, thankfully we didn't put her down as she's still a playful and somewhat angry cat. We have never had issues other than that one time as we're a little concerned that every time we bring a pet there they up sale services and tests and sometimes we hesitate going when our pets are having issues because of this, but unfortunately thats the way it goes.”

“I have nothing but appreciation and trust in this place. I can not tell you how many times the veterinarian has took us in last minute and made sure we get our babies treatment ! One of my cats is very territorial and doesn’t like strangers at all so when I come here I know it’s going to be a show haha but Dr. Mian is always to the rescue even with her craziness. I genuinely do feel safe and comfortable when I come here. I get nothing but great treatment from Sherri, who can sure calm you down and make you laugh haha and Dr. Mian, who says it like it is and doesn’t sugar coat things, which I do appreciate! As far as prices go, I don’t find it to expensive. Honestly depends on what you have to get done. I can’t and won’t compare to other places because I have never been anywhere else !
Ps. I know Dr. Mian and Sherri are going to laugh and be shocked at how my baby cheesecake is so laid back and calm at home ???❤️”

“For many years I've used Wignall for all the cats I've had. Recently one of my cats needed dental work. It was not a problem of cleaning but an actual medical problem. Fortunately my pet insurance helped with the cost. The vets and technicians there are great. They were able to do the procedure and actually it cost less that originally thought. Wignall adjusted the price. (They could have charged the original estimate and I wouldn't have known, but they don't do things like that.)
They explained everything before and after. I was called while the procedure was being done to inform me of what they found. Afterwards I was given detailed instructions along with copies of pictures and x-rays. The next day they called to make sure my cat was doing fine.
Also whenever I go away, I've boarded my cats there. I've never had a problem with boarding them at Wignall. I know they're well taken care of and it's nice to see pictures posted.
I definitely recommend Wignall and plan on using them into the future.”
