“This is the second time I took Zuki, my cockatiel, there. Dr. Sager is good at what he does and immediately figured out what was wrong with her. Highly recommend. Glad I found him especially after the disaster of a vet last time, which resulted in Poppy, my previous cockatiel, dying. She had chronic diarrhea and the other vet told me she was fine and pushed me out. She wasn’t.”

“Today we took buttar to Linwood hospital and the staff and doctor was great. They take care of your fur babies like they own. I was nervous since he had diarrhea want to make sure he will be fine. This place is very reasonable price. I will recommend Linwood hospital buttar is 19 year old.”

“We had a wonderful experience at Bulger today with Dr. Canes in the ER. She was warm, kind, and compassionate and really took the time to make sure my dog was ok.
We also see Dr. Prahl who provides excellent internal medicine care. I appreciate that she coordinates care with our regular vet. I feel like we have the greatest veterinary team. Several years I was so impressed with how her team went out of their way to coordinate an endoscopy with a dental (general medicine) to keep my dog from needing anesthesia during multiple visits.
We also had a great experience with Dr. Casiotis in ophthalmology.
Each veterinarian at this practice is highly qualified and treats pets with the utmost care.”
“Dr Hanson and her amazing team cared for my dog for the last 15 years including many tough times. When he was attacked in the woods years ago Dr Hanson saved his life (fixing what an emergency vet did wrong). she treated seizures and did dental surgery and always cared for him with love. She is a very special Vet, your pets will be lucky to have her watching over them. Thank you Dr Hanson !”
“Wow, this is by far the best vet that I have been too in years. We travel quite often sense we work remote and I’ve seen several vets and this one blows every other one out of the water. If I could 10 stars I would. Excellent service, kindness and clarity for my 1 year old pup! Provided us all the information and understood that we had a budget and helped us get what we needed for a price that worked. The best service I have ever received and it’s where I’ll be taking any of my pets from now on! Couldn’t recommend this place enough to anybody looking for a trusted vet office for your fur babies! “I can not say enough great things about Lowell Road Veterinary Center. Our dog Ginger went there for Physical Therapy after her ACL surgery. Her physical therapist Ashley was wonderful! Her knowledge and ability to put Ginger through her exercises was outstanding. And they still went out of their way to send a card and hand wrote a whole big letter about my baby and wishing my family and I their condolences. “Very nice caring people work here , prices seem very high we only have hope that they know what they are doing. Two years ago after a number of tests we were convinced to have done our cat was diagnosed with terminal cancer, thankfully we didn't put her down as she's still a playful and somewhat angry cat. We have never had issues other than that one time as we're a little concerned that every time we bring a pet there they up sale services and tests and sometimes we hesitate going when our pets are having issues because of this, but unfortunately thats the way it goes.”

“I have nothing but appreciation and trust in this place. I can not tell you how many times the veterinarian has took us in last minute and made sure we get our babies treatment ! One of my cats is very territorial and doesn’t like strangers at all so when I come here I know it’s going to be a show haha but Dr. Mian is always to the rescue even with her craziness. I genuinely do feel safe and comfortable when I come here. I get nothing but great treatment from Sherri, who can sure calm you down and make you laugh haha and Dr. Mian, who says it like it is and doesn’t sugar coat things, which I do appreciate! As far as prices go, I don’t find it to expensive. Honestly depends on what you have to get done. I can’t and won’t compare to other places because I have never been anywhere else !
Ps. I know Dr. Mian and Sherri are going to laugh and be shocked at how my baby cheesecake is so laid back and calm at home ???❤️”
“1 year ago on June 30th 2023 after an unexpected illness, it became necessary to put my cat down. It was a very painful time for both my kitty and me. Lowell Humane Society made our last moments together beautiful. My little girl was calm and unafraid. They prepared a special place for me to see and hold my beautiful girl after she crossed over. I held her, kissed her, took a long last look and took a picture of her at peace instead of in pain. Everyone was so kind and respectful. Thank you Lowell Humane Society! I am forever grateful!

River Road has had changes in staff/ownership over the years, but they always provided our pet with the best services/advice. The hospital was closed but , he answered the phone and agreed to meet me at the hospital .My poodle was experiencing urinary tract infection symptoms .(bloody urine )He was able to treat my dog and give me the appropriate medications needed . My dog was looking and feeling better the next morning.I really appreciated his kindness and arriving quickly to help . I would have waited hours any other place . Thank you ?”
