The apples are very expensive and not fresh. You can find better apples in the grocery store

One of my favorite apple farms and Area of western Mass. This my 2nd time here. We got extremely lucky for ride to make the outside food stand. Today was the last day for the season. You can still get Apple fritters and dumplings frozen inside the store. Amazing area to ride motorcycle if you don't know this area. Only a few minutes from RT 49.. Sturbridge, Ma. Watch out for the hidden speed bump turning onto the road the Apple orchard is on.. Lol. I almost forgot about it.

We visited this place on a Saturday and it was okay. We were a little disappointed. The building mostly consists of an antique shop with a large selection of candy. You can fill bags of apples and buy cider that is pressed by another orchard. No apple picking this year due to issues with frost earlier in the year - not at all their fault and we knew that before we went. They advertised 'pick your own pumpkins' on their website, but it's not a pumpkin patch. It's a scattering of pumpkins in the grass provided by another farm. Our toddler was happy with it though I was hoping for an actual pumpkin patch. They have swings for both babies and older kids, some slides, a see-saw, a big sandbox area with trucks, and a roundabout. There are also a couple of cut outs you can put your face in.I was really looking forward to apple cider donuts, which they had 6 for $6. Didn't notice until after I bought them that their ingredients list includes soybean oil, artificial flavors and Yellow food coloring. That made me really sad. I would not have bought them if I had seen this. I expected more traditional ingredients for a small town farm that touts fresh baked goods.

This is a very quant Apple Orchard! It has been here for a long time . I’m 66 years old , I remember coming as a little girl with my parents when we visited an Aunt on Lake Lashaway . I brought my Grandsons a couple of years ago and they loved it .
