There was no issue with the room for my one night stay. What I don’t like about this hotel is they don’t have self served breakfast items for sausage, bacon and pancake. You will tell them what you like and the amount of each item. On the same counter they have a small section for omelette ingredients, I wanted some spinach so I scooped a few, then a lady stepped over and told me if I needed more next time please ask! I understand there maybe concern after Covid, but this made me feel very uncomfortable because if you wanted people to ‘ask to be served’ then put up a sign for ‘ask first’ or block off access for this section from customers. I don’t like how I feel after this. It will probably stay with me this whole trip and long after that.Food & drinks: I was told to ‘ask first’ if I need more spinach because this small section is opened access to customers and I scooped a few spinach myself.

This hotel felt like a 3-, 4-, or 5-star hotel, not sure why it is only rated a 2-star. The rooms were pleasantly comfortable, LOVE how the bedroom has its own door! The breakfast was absolutely AMAZING !!! Literally the best breakfast I've seen at a hotel, the fresh-made omelet was DELICIOUS !!!!! Having a bar inside was nice too!! I highly recommend staying here!

Seriously, the crew here is the most kind, helpful and understanding bunch of folks you could hope for. I totally messed up my reservation (wrong night) and they were able to help me out, but I really just got lucky altogether. In the morning, the breakfast staff was all over me with assistance and apologies that the food was a couple of minutes late. I hope they don't say those things because people are so rude, but that's probably why.TLDR; this place is a pretty good hotel with a wonderful staff. Rooms are clean and awesome and I'd challenge you to find somewhere with a more helpful crew.

The hotel and room were great! The front desk staff left a bit to be desired. As a frequent traveler, I am accustomed to having a brief explanation of available amenities. However, we were greeted (if you can call it that) after a completed phone call with a simple "Checking in?". I was checked in and provided my key cards. I even had to ask for the location of the elevators. Luckily, the website provided details about an available breakfast service. At check out, we waited for another phone call to complete before we were acknowledged. I understand the need to address customers via phone calls. However, I do feel that an informal acknowledgment of my presence would have been sufficient. By no means will this experience affect my decision to stay at an Element location in the future. I would hope that I will be able to provide a more positive review. Thank you.

Pretty clean hotel with large extended stay rooms. There was some hair on the floor, and the shower could have used a better scrub. Overall though, it wasn’t a bad place to stay and was close to my destination.

We stayed here on our way into Boston and to do laundry halfway through our trip. The room was basically a one bedroom apartment with all the comforts you’d need. We had no issues with noise or comfort. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Parking is easy and free. The laundry room is on the second floor and has enough washers and dryers so you’re not having to wait and hang out there. The machines were clean and took a credit card so we weren’t scrambling for quarters. The breakfast is a full buffet with just about anything one could want. They had these almond croissants that were delicious! The area felt safe. We even walked at night to get some donuts. If we are ever in the area again, we won’t hesitate to stay here.

Room is clean and spacious, towels and linens smell good even the bath toiletries. Seems like the place is new or newly renovated, bathroom is nice and spacious the only thing is shower had a low pressure but I do understand it’s to save water. Kitchenette is stuffed with cooking and eating utensils. Staff are nice and very friendly, for the price it’s totally worth it, breakfast is great lot of selection - hot or cold or to go they have it. They will even cook the omelette before you according to your preference. I would have rated it 5 stars if the pool was opened, my kids were looking forward to use it but it was closed. Overall we had a nice stay!

There is no place in the shower for anything. Where are you supposed to set your stuff? The bath sink faucet is too short for the raised sink and you can barely get your hands underneath. The windows don’t open in, because they hit the metal track for the roll up shades. It’s 2023 and you’re the biggest hotel chain on Earth. You should know this stuff! Clean place and Great people working there!

Disappointing first time stay of more than a week. Was assigned to handicapped room by request, but not configured for a wheelchair: couldn't reach faucet handles in galley kitchen or bathroom, couldn't wash dishes or load dishwasher, bed very low with lumpy mattress and pillows were soft and shapeless.Hotel/wide fire alarm went off 2 AMs in a row, at 5 and 8 AM, requiring evacuation of entire hotel into the parking lot at dawn until local fire dept. did a walkthrough of entire hotel. Cause both times was surge in water pressure within the plumbing system.Morning hot breakfasts offered good variety of food. There was a bar off the lobby but no bartender on weekends (!).We would not return again when visiting the area.

The voice of reason here to say this Element gives you a nice option along your NE Massachusetts trek. Sure it isn't palatial and the blue-bloods might have stayed somewhere more regal in their day, but it gets the job done. This hotel is good for work or play, with the right mix of in-room choices depending on your visit. The rooms are spacious, especially the separate bed/living room layouts. You have a large fridge and counter space, along with a kitchen bar and stools if you're eating in. Bathrooms are fine with all amenities, and the couch/TV area is good to relax when your done with your work at the in-room desk. Breakfast was creative with the separate stations, although the scrambled egg service station that wanted to be an omelette station when it grows up was a little non-necessary. Just let us get our eggs and sausage self-serve, or go all-in with the omelettes. But otherwise good breakfast selection and environment. The bar area is nice at night as well, especially when you're ready to stay in during a snowstorm. You're a little removed from local eating, but there are a few nearby, and you can get delivery.I'd return if I'm in the area again.

So far we have been treated very badly at the hotel by the staff. The staff attitude is beyond anything. I was told my card was declined where I showed to the front desk representative that it has been fine with my bank, then she changed the story to something else. It appeared to me that the front desk is not very educated about how to greet, how to smile, how to be NICE to hotel guests. Thus far terrible experience. I truly am disappointed for picking this hotel to stay in for being closer to the university conference. On top of all that the pool is not open and they offer to use the sister hotel pool. Seriously???? Why it does not say anywhere on the website that the pool is currently going through a maintenance? So I would highly recommend to stay away from this hotel, at least until the staff is trained and educated enough to be friendly. I do not think it is too much to ask.

Everything is wonderful except when checkout, my deposit wasn't refund to credit card. When emailed and highlighted to the General Manager he gave his promise. A month has passed and nothing happened. I am so helpless.Walkability: Convenient as nearby lot of shops

We stayed there for 3 nights and I wrote on the Marriott Bonvoy chat to let them know we would come late at night. I received no answer nothing. when we arrived the receptionist didn‘t greet us and seemed a little annoyed when we came to check in. Rooms are big and clean, breakfast is ok. not many of the employees wear their name tags and also housekeepers didn‘t really wear their uniform either. it was hard to tell if they were from housekeeping or not. also no one really greeted us when meeting. overall we enjoyed the stay.
