I have never had a problem getting a response back or having a prescription filled. Healthcare is a tough field to work in and doctors/nurses/medical assistants/front desk staff don’t get enough credit for what they have to deal with day in and day out. I always hear stories of awful PC doctors can be and I didnt really believe it, until I moved to NH for a few years and had to find a new place..then discovered how awful it is.. I came running back as soon as I moved back to MA.
