“Just got off the phone with agent (Will . L) After struggling for 5 hours shopping around with insurance companies I finally was connected with Will at the North Chelmsford office. He was not only professional, but Patient with the fact that I am neurodivergent and have to end up repeating myself sometimes. He was kind and professional, turning my experience around for the day. GEICO has earned a forever Customer and spokesperson due to his customer service. I normally do not write reviews But the experience I experience today with GEICO Cause my neurodivergence to quiet within minutes of hanging up the phone with Will I highly recommend this office for all of your automotive needs and questions.”
