“I've taken my car here twice and highly recommend it.
My car was kinda gross. I have two kids and they got food and crumbs everywhere and their sunscreen all over the leather seats, plus two dogs shedding everywhere.
I brought it in to get cleaned up before posting it for sale and they made it look good as new. The car was sold less than 24 hours after I posted it and I'm sure a lot of that is from how nice it looked and smelled. I'll be back with the new car some day!”
“From what I have read so far from the reviews, this place sounds like I should have gone there with my wife just now, so that I could have seen this place for myself. Our washer is being repaired tomorrow, we hope!

“I just went to the laundromat for the very first time, and was super pleased with the level of cleanliness that it had. The washing machines were cleaned inside. The top of the dryers and washers were cleaned. It smelled clean inside the woman who maintains it. It’s just absolutely so adorable. The most kindest, sweetest lady I met I definitely will be coming back because it’s so clean and because of the way, she maintains the business Super sweet, super clean facility I highly recommend.”

“I dried a load of towels for 30 mins for $0.75. There's AC, three seats inside, and a good amount of free parking.They also sell drinks for $1 and they have a restroom. Although I didn't use the washer, it's priced at $2.”

“I love this place. Washing your clothes anywhere public can be a bit stressful. This place is not crowded, machines are SUPER clean and my clothes always come out smelling fresh. I do wish they had more machines but LOVE this place. My 20 minute drive there has been perfect…. thank you for being kind as well”

“Nice, clean, quiet place! Hotel we are staying at doesn't have a laundry area and we are in the area for a travel softball tournament. Needless to say, I needed to wash my daughters uniforms. This place was the only one open at 5am. I haven't gone to a laundromat in years, so paying $6.00 for 1 load of laundry wasn't exciting lol but the prices are in line/the same with other laundromats I looked up online! I went with dirty softball uniforms and left with fresh clean uniforms! Mission accomplished ;) Thank you!”

going to Champion cleaners for nearly 20 years. Recently, I asked Sonny if she could salvage a dress I had worn only once. The bracelet I was wearing created pulls in the bodice. Somehow Sonny removed the pulls, saving the dress. Sonny has also hemmed several pairs of pants for us. Of course, our dry-cleaning always looks fantastic as
well. Sonny is a wonderful, warm person as well.”
“Best dry cleaners in Dracut/Lowell. Robin is the hardest worker there and is the only person I trust to do my clothes. Whenever I need some clothes done in a certain time frame and need them cleaned and pressed properly I go to this location. Convenient and friendly service with a smile. There’s a tailor shop next door as well run by a nice lady named Maria which is awesome when repairs are needed on clothes as well or a piece of clothing taken in to adjust sizing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE”
“i'm definitely going to be coming back to michelle's for all my cleaning needs! i'm a first timer for using a cleaners and i brought in my patagonia rain jacket. unfortunately it was lost in my dad's garage and had all sorts of stains when found, to make it worse it was a beige colored jacket so it needed a lot of TLC. i brought it in and i was helped out by oscar(?) who was very welcoming despite my shyness with being unfamiliar with the process. i didn't have expectations of a brand new jacket so i was given my ticket to pick up a few days later. i came in this afternoon to pick it up and i was in awe, i had my jacket back in very great condition! most of the unknown stains had came out and it was back to being a beige color. the two severe stains left are very faint from when i brought it in that you would have to stare to really notice it. i actually stood there looking at it and i believe the owner had asked if something was wrong but i was so excited to see my jacket be brought back to life! my jacket is hung up safely from any dirt or grime but now i know michelle's is my number one spot if worst were to come again. :)”
“One of the reasons I came to this laundromat was not only was it clean, but they also offered an incentive. You had a card that you got punched every time you did your laundry, which one it was full one free wash. I just found out today as I was doing my laundry and getting my card punched again that this was the last time That I’d be able to use the card because the owner was no longer purchasing cards to be punched, Bad because it made this laundromat stick out more than the others, which is why I’m giving it four stars and apparently it doesn’t matter to the owner whether we come back or not there are other clean laundromats around. I chose this one because I like the people that work here, I’ve seen the owner a few times he’s never said hello or anything. He comes in and takes the money out of the machines and basically doesn’t say anything to the patrons so hopefully he’ll reconsider. We will see.”

“I usually go to my old laundromat I always go to. This one here the dryers are so good from the dryers in Chelmsford the 24hr I go to their dyers are so old and don’t dry enough. Customer service was very polite and kind. Just a friendly suggestion if your laundry is full of people and don’t have washers and dryers for service head down to this place and they have plenty of parking?. When I return I will put pictures.”
“It's not a huge laundrymat, but when it's not too busy, I love it. Small machines medium machines and 2 Xtra large machines. Dryers work great, and the restroom is NEVER out of order.”
“Update-- throughout all of the years you've gotten free bags, just for being a customer is no longer available. Very sad but I'm glad he still hooks us up.Been coming here as a kid. Used to love the old owners they always treated you like family. Still keep in touch w/ them til this day. New management is alright. Man seems like a grump but he's nice . They also close earlier than their regular normal hoursUpdate so I got to know the new owner and he's not a grump at all he just looks like it lol”

“Jeff provided very quick pick-up laundry service with reasonable pricing. The website said it may take up to 2-3 days for processing but had the laundry back within 2 hours of pick-up! Lifesaver when the laundry machine went. Easy process - would recommend!”
“Great little laundry that's family owned. The machines aren't expensive and it's safe to wash your clothes or have them dry cleaned while leaving them at the laundry. They've been around for decades and I find it a lovely little place to spend a couple hours doing laundry, but you can easily pop around the corner and grab a bite.”
“Exeptionally clean and well designed laundry place. ALL NEW MACHINES! Most of the pictures are outdated. They have awesome, high speed and high efficiency laundry and drying machines. No garbage, machines clean and well taken care for.
I appreciate well run small business like that.”
“As of September 2024, the cost is about $7 per load. You need quarters or cash. The hours are nice, although it costs to use this place. Do make sure you select the ultra wash each time, or else it won't wash hard enough. The ultra wash is only a couple quarters more.”
