About Mass Auto School
Mass Auto School provides driving lessons with very good and helpful instructors who improve driving skills, road sense, and navigation. The experience is described as nice, not stressful or awkward, with instructors who break the ice, make it fun, and are understanding and easy to talk to. The office staff is also very helpful and responds quickly. However, classes remain fully online, which one reviewer felt provided no benefit, with no refunds offered. Many students recommend the school for efficient driving instruction.

One of the most rude people to talk to. Will not recommend anyone. Not even of a single star caliber company.

The classes are still 100% online even though the rest of the world has gone back to classroom. My son got absolutely nothing from these online lessons. They apologized and offered no suggestions and no refunds.
