Employees are great. They don't treat you and your pets as numbers. I can always count on them to heal my fur babies.

I've been a patron of AAH for about 3 years steady now. they are amazing group of caring animal loving professionals. I have 3 Yorkie with all different personalities and set of own small issues they get all worked out by the vets. today I had Dr Nicole she was wonderful. I love them.

I absolutely adore Dr. Lavin and the rest of the devoted staff at Anchor. They take immaculate care of my rescue pup and all of her numerous health issues. I feel truly blessed that I was referred to them and that they were accepting new patients — my dog Breena, and I, are grateful and love everyone there very much!!!

Even though my cat was a previous patient and Anchor still offers the surgery he received there, he's considered a new patient because I chose to bring them to cat only vets for their regular visits. Even after speaking with a manager, there was ZERO COMPASSION and NO CONSIDERATION whatsoever, only told NO NEW PATIENTS. I'd chosen to go to cat only vets after a very large attack trained dog was allowed to stay in the waiting room scaring all the other animals. There is a Veterinarian that's NEVER seen him that is happy to do it, I was hoping to not wait 6 more weeks. That vet is Angell Animal Medical Center on S Huntington in Boston.

Sometimes they are a little pricey, but they took good care of my cat and me when I had to put her down. Very compassionate staff.

My mother brought her dog I bought her here to be fixed. He name was Emma and she was energetic, loving and playful. She was in perfect health at the time of this visit. The procedure to “fix” a female dog is not easy but yet not so advanced that you have to hope your dog doesn’t die later of an infection. This place needs to be checked if all equipment is properly sterilized. We followed all safety measure when we returned home. She took her last breath today. I really hope there was no negligence on this hospitals part. She was 16 months old. RIP.

The entire staff was wonderful and went above and beyond to treat my bunny! I can’t imagine the challenges the staff/hospital is facing right now in this pandemic! However, their positive attitudes and compassion still shined through! In addition, the prices were fair. Much gratitude!
