SO, where to begin - Geek Squad - Brought in a bricked iPhone, covered by Assurant - Appointment was made by Apple after they verified 3rd party insurance was active. They claimed the phone wasn't covered - advised me to go to TMobile to get the 'coverage activated' _ I said I would be back in 15 minutes. I didn't need to return.. TMobile verified the insurance, verified the hardware failure, and ordered my replacement within those 15 minutes. TMobile - 5 stars Geek Squad - Not so much

Good day all! Here is my sincerely experience with my last bestbuy Darmouth visit. The receptionist was awesome and super informative. Products available in general were plenty , photography section was poorly stocked so we needed help looking for what we need (some batteries) it was difficult to find some representative, but with about 8 minutes looking we found someone witch asked us to hold on place he would put us on line, we waited around 50 minutes , with the main guy passing by us ignoring us and been nothing polite. So we left to Bestbuy in Seekonk , total different treatment, awsome people informative and polite,got us all information we needed. So go to Seekonk and save your precious time :l

Gary, Kian, and to a lesser extent Tatum are pretty horrid with customer service. They take their sweet time, don't know much, and want you to sign up for an account to do the most simple of things

Ordered an open box. It was basically just thrown in the box and shipped . Came damaged the store had no other open box . They said to contact on line I did they said I had to deal with it or just return they can’t even exchange. Best Buy no customer satisfaction there.

Literally a waste of my damn time. Unless you order online don’t bother coming here. You’ll be waiting all day. Stood around waiting for 20 min when someone told me they’d help me right away. Wheni asked about someone helping me the dude said there is a rush that came in. I was there way BEFORE the “rush” organization is trash. Was going to spend good money here but when I mentioned I’d just go somewhere else they said “okay have a good one”. Sounds good, I’ll take my money to another business. Now I remember why I never come here. Awful business

Beat buy sucks. They sell broken electronics out the box then won't take returns they make you call the manufacturer. On top of that the geek squad is pathetic when it comes to installing anything, my brother bought a surround sound and TV with Blu-ray players and everything and after I WIRED IT FOR GEEK SQUAD BECAUSE THEY AFTER 2 HOURS COULDN'T FIGURE IT OUT, they expected to actually get paid for their service lmfao we've sent the video of me doing it while geek squad watched asking questions on how to do it to beat buy head quarters....I should be the employee of the month...go somewhere else they suck

I went to Best Buy in North Dartmouth to purchase a full Ring System. I was asked at the door if I was going to need help and I said yes and he asked me what I was intending upon purchasing. The young man he sent over to assist us knew absolutely nothing about Ring. When I asked him what he could tell me about it all he was able to tell me is that it’s great. No knowledge at all. I knew immediately he wouldn’t be able to help us with a purchase. I asked for any kind of literature they might have and he proceeded to the front to ask if they had anything but there was nothing they could give me. He did tell me at this point they could send someone to my house to tell us what we needed. At this point I had no faith in anyone they might send and we left and Best Buy lost a purchase and a future customer. I don’t have this kind of time to waste.
