“I set up an online reservation and picked up my rental car (SUV) today. I was a little nervous because of all of the negative reviews but I have had a great experience so far. The vehicle is a 2025 with a little over 15,000 miles. It was clean and did not have a smell that others have mentioned. I am very sensitive to animal and cigarette smells because of allergies and I did not have any concerns. The gentleman that helped me was very kind and showed me the ins and outs of the vehicle before I left the lot (I am not used to all the new car tech). I am looking forward to using it the next 3 days. And, if my personal vehicle is not repaired by next week, I would definitely rent from them again.”
