I wish there were more Macy's in my area. I used to go to the one in Swansea all the time until it closed. It was my go-to store.

It was awful! It was like pulling teeth to get an employee to do a return for me. Macy's got rid of the 2 lined I actually liked; which were Karen Scott & Charter Club. There wasn't one sale in the very limited areas for women they had left. I can easily see this store closing as there were probably only 5 people in the whole 2 story store.

WARNING TO MCS SUFFERERS: DO NOT go to this Macy's!! Wherein other locations keep perfumes in one area, this one reeks of perfumes and colognes at every entrance making it EXTREMELY UNSAFE for multiple chemical sensitivity sufferers!!This is a HUGE DANGER to employees who are exposed to these toxic chemicals all day and night!!I sincerely hope Macy's management reads this and makes the changes needed before employees get sicker, and to create a safe space for shoppers!
