“Country dog in Westport, Ma is a small little business packed with lots of goodies for your pets. Everything from pet food, wet, dry, and refrigerated to fun toys and treats. After driving by so many times, finally decided to stop and so glad we did. It may not look like much on the outside but once you step inside it's such a vibrant environment. The worker there was friendly and answered any questions I had. He allowed me to take my time and browse through the store. This is definitely a spot I will continue shopping at! Great little gem.”

“I just moved to the area and have three small dogs, one of which is very fussy about grooming. I found Denise's online. Jen did a great job. Prompt and fast. Penny hadn't been groomed in a while so she was a mess but she looks great. The place is easy to get too, clean, friendly folks. I highly recommend for grooming.”

“Lori is a dedicated animal nutritionist and groomer. Our dog was loosing fur on her neck, arm pits, belly, and inner thighs. Lori suggested changing to a specific healthier food base and adding 2 supplements. Prior to this we followed our vet's suggestion of taking seven half inch samples of skin, which took 2-3 weeks to heal. The vets recommendation was to add a melatonin supplement to her diet. The supplement Lori recommended contained melatonin as well as other hormonal compounds. After all the time, $ and healing we chose to follow Loris' suggestions and within 10 days there was fur growth! All her fur has since grown back. Thank you so much for Lori for your compassion and continuous knowledge!”

“Today we came in to buy some fish and met Ben!!! not only was he knowledgeable about the fish no matter what I asked about he seem to know about everything in the store with detail!! He went out of his way to help us never once did I feel rushed or forced to buy anything!! yet I bought so many things that I was not there for because he took time to explain the benefits of the reward system perfectly. in the end I ended up saving over $150 it's nice to meet people that like their job and are knowledgeable really think he could've ran that store by himself. "Bottom line is you have a great employee on your hands treat him well" My Husband says I say make him management or lead of training at all your locations.The world needs Bens!!”

“Who doesn't love petco, my friend brought her dog to get his medicine and petco has the best prices and they'll also match prices if you can find it cheaper anywhere else. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. One employee seen us looking at chameleons and gave us fun facts about them, another employee gave my friends dog scratches and pets that he loved, and another employee near checkout asked to give the lil pup a treat which he also loved. And I personally love how everyone is there. I wish all stores were like that.”
“This small business has what you'd expect for animals and supplies. I find the prices to be a bit high compared to the big box stores like PetSmart- but for good reason. Their animals all seem well cared for, which is not something you can say for their competition. Brownie points for the fact I bought my cats FAVORITE cardboard scratcher here- she won't use any other one lol.”
