“So the first visit to this liquor store I had a less-than-ideal interaction with a customer who was apparently denied service bc they were in no shape to be buying liquor(good on you clerk)and even though I had not thouuntil my second time the owner and or worker went out of his way to a) make sure that I knew that he was extremely apologetic and b) ensured me it was a rare occurrence. well I've been there on many many more occasions not even to buy alcohol and had great interactions with the staff. so overall I can't ask anything more from a package store than that. Now I go even if it's not the closest because it's a very pleasant experience.”

“Great selection of liquor in here. It's a nice big place that you can find things that you might not be able to find at a smaller liquor store. The people are very helpful and friendly. I like to go here because it is near my sister's house so it is very convenient. My only problem with it is that it is in Massachusetts so you have to pay deposits on bottles. It would be a great idea if Rhode Island did the same and we would have less litter but unfortunately I end up paying the deposits and then just putting the bottles and cans in my recycling. But it's a great place to go or to call if you're looking for something in particular.”

“Amazing store! I called the store looking for a special edition bottle of Jack Daniels single barrel that I’ve been trying to find for months. Not only did they have it, but the owner picked up & was extremely friendly + helpful. I drove 2 hours to get the bottles and he called me While I was on the way to make sure I was finding the store OK. Thank you guys for a great experience!”

“My wife and I came in to town for a funeral and spent the night across the street. I went to get some gin and asked if paper plates were sold here because the hotel had none. The awesome lady behind the counter said there were none for sale, but gave me a few paper plates, napkins and plastic forks and cups. She went that little bit extra by also explaining thebsales/promo on Tanqueray nips as well. This is one of the best examples of customer service I've seen in a looooong time!”
“The staff here are amazing! So friendly. Store has a large selection. Store is clean and well organized. Alway fast when ringing you out. Have all the best beer and seltzers. Prices are reasonable. Have been too a few liquor stores in the area and this one is amongst the best. The staff always ask if that’s all you need and if you found everything you were looking for encouraging to ask for items not found. They check to be sure that you got all your beer cold and will point It out if you picked up a warm pack off the floor stack and they have the same option cold. The guy with the large beard is awesome! Always makes nice small talk. Have gone here a bunch and never disappointed!”

I always traveled to get any variety, now I drive around the corner. The owner Eli is well known to us Somersetians, and a Smart and well liked business owner, and we are very Lucky That he-decided To Open a Liquor store in our town ! “I bought a case of 12 Pack Bud bottles. Case broke in parking lot and the broken bottles were all over the place, owner found out and he asked me to take another case as well he cleaned all the mess making sure no body get hurt with the broken bottles. I like the place and the people working there, any case I will spend more on gas if I go somewhere else. Dana If you picked your bottle from cooler than it is obvious that with heat in your car paper bag will get wet and bottle will come out, just incase you don't know.”
“Don't let the small size fool you... Great selection of craft beer. National and local. Staff is really helpful and friendly as well. Not sure about wine and spirits selection.”
“It's a customer of ours that we swap trailers out for pallets to be refurbished very nice people though the odd man once in a while if he's out there well actually pull the bad trailer out first so I can put the good trailer in with a double handle it always a nice gesture”

“I absolutely love Weir Fruit, the owners, and the staff. I feel comfortable and safe when I am there. They have an amazing security system. You can sit down and play keno, buy some drinks and snacks and feel like you are right at home. You always see familiar faces and they care about their customers.”
“Great spot to have on this side of town to get a gallon of milk, lottery , a quick snack need or perhaps a bottle of wine or spirits. They have a nIce selection and can help locate and secure some items not in this location. They have a case with some really nice gift and special edition bottles and kits. Everyone there is helpful when needed.”

The store has a liquor store on one side and a hardware store on the other. My type of place ? It has an old-school feel to it. The meats look amazing, we got strip steak and sausages. “I've been shopping here for 10+ years and I was fairly close with the former owners. The staff are all excellent but the current owner (Vinny?) is rude and super unprofessional. Never met a business owner who insults his regular customers or full on yells at employees in the presence of customers.”
