Rooms are basic but clean and updated. Pet friendly!!! Nice wooded lot with areas to walk or sit and read a book. Didn't require much service from them so I can't comment on that but everyone was pleasant.

Good place for 1 to 3 person group. Staff are very friendly. However, if you have children, this may not be the best hotel option in the cape cod area. Our group had 5 people and the room we stayed in had only 2 full sized beds, not really comfortable. This place is in my perspective intended for couples or a very small group of friends. Also, our room had a bedbug infestation, so please bring bug bite cream if you’re in that situation. Lastly, this is a very good spot if you’re looking for a place with restaurants, cafes, and gas stations nearby. Very good breakfast places nearby and good spots for dinner in the evening. 4 stars from me

This place is a mold ridden dump. The rooms appear clean on the surface but they are not. We had to ask room service to clean upon our arrival. Our room was filthy. Stains on the sheets. We ended up buying our own bathroom cleaner to attempt to use the bathroom. It is 1am and it sounds like we have a frat party with junior high wrestlers next door. The smell of mold and mildew cranking out of the 1973 air conditioner in our room is enough to gag maggots. If you want to enjoy your experience on the Cape, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!
PS - the pool is a green cesspool of filth! Looks more like a pond filled with algae. I won’t even go near it to take a picture. 🤢

We stayed for two nights, it was very reasonably priced and overall a good stay. Rooms were nice and beds were comfortable.

I needed a spot in a pinch during summer in july!!!
They had availability and were so accommodating for a late check in.
You can come after they close just let them know!
Ill be staying here agian.

Complaint Regarding Room Conditions and Price
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your motel. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet the standard one would expect for this price level.
While I noticed that the floors in the room have been updated, the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. Specifically:
• The bathroom had visible dirt in the corners.
• The drain in the sink had old grime.
• The picture on the wall appears not to have been cleaned in decades.
• There were cobwebs on the lamp.
• There was no coffee maker in the room, which is usually standard, especially at this rate.
• Although coffee is provided at the front desk, the machine used is quite outdated and, frankly, in need of a thorough cleaning—just like the refrigerator that stores the milk canister.
Given these circumstances, I find the rate I paid to be highly inappropriate.

Rooms disgusting ant infestation,bed bugs casings mold and mildew paint peeling off ceiling.Customer Service horrible no communication skills no amenities!!!!!!!

Cute and quaint little hideaway. Rooms were somewhat dated, lighting was harsh, and there were few extras. Lack of breakfast was also a minus, but it is made up for by an excellent location and friendly staff. A huge plus was the proximity to the biking trail. We also enjoyed the pool, which was open to 8pm.

no housekeeping for 3 nights despite being told its daily, and possibly the worst blankets I’ve ever had to deal with.
Staff was friendly.
