“Once you understand the amount of bs these guys deal with every day with clueless people handing over unboxed amazon returns that dont even belong there, or just people who dont know anything about shipping Logistics so the clerk has to dig through their phone and manually email themselves your label, I say they deserve to charge the convenience fee. Im in there at least once a day as an e-commerce seller and its always smooth as silk because I come prepared and I know what im doing.”

Staff was incredibly helpful, made the process simple, easy and efficient. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I believe the staff member that assisted me was Richard. Left feeling I had no choice but to leave 5 stars. Thank you fed ex Norwood!”

“This has become my go to post office in the area. The staff here are always very friendly and helpful, and I've never had any issues with letters going missing from this building. In my experience, it's also often less busy than the office at the Taunton green.”
“A package was routed to this location and I had to pick it up for a family member. Unfortunately there was an issue with the way it was labeled so it looked like I wouldn’t be able to receive it, but the staff and management team here helped me work through the logistics of getting it. They take fraud protection here very seriously, which we appreciated, and they checked my identification against their system and connected with the recipient of the package to ensure they could release it to me. While it took a few moments to process, we certainly would rather have them air on the side of caution. Overall, a good experience with professional staff.”

“This post office does not deliver mail. All other services only. Such as, but not limited to, all mailing out/packaging & shipping services, p.o. box rentals, supplies, etc. Great customer service. Never really a long wait unless a customer holds up the line for whatever reason.”

“Protect Dave at all costs! Today was my last day to bring my package to return an item to the post office [ i haven't been around] and i wasn't about to shove it into the box outside. He was already outside the building for a moment and he took the time to stop and answer my question. He wasn't rude or in a rush but the complete opposite. He doesn't know this but this is my first package i have ever sent out to return that wasnt Amazon and he took it and processed it for me to send out. This is above and beyond attitude. Thank you again Dave, you're a real one.”

When it's busy they become even more miserable and unprofessional, but I guess that's just part of working for a massive place like USPS...”

“Didn't expect the professional knowlege the print shop provided me would be found at Staples. Perhaps, I got lucky , but an associate, whose name was Brooke, met me at the counter and walked through my needs , step by step , taking a real interest. I didn't know she had a graphic arts backround, but I certainly found out -- she was a real professional and combined her craft with good business acumen . She took lots of notes and asked lots of questions. My project rquired two separate applications -- at least 5-6 days , I thought . I couldn't forget, she worked in a busy print shop with various responsiblilties , not just my project. Well , I guessed wrong , in two days Brooke notified me , "come and get it ." My projects is not for publication right now , or I would show what a fantastic job she did. All I can say is, I couldn't have gone anywhere and have been more pleased.”
“Due too the recent snow storm it hasn’t been possible for my usual mail carrier in East Bridgewater, Ma to deliver my mail. So today I went in to pick it up and Dan helped me. From the time I went to the counter he greeted me w/ a smile. He was very efficient and polite. It was very refreshing to get such great friendly service these days.Because that’s sadly often not the case!!”

“Just bought a lawn tractor at Home Depot and received the shipping and tracking info the following week. I saw that the shipper was Estes Express Lines. I was like "who?!" I Googled them real quick, and was a bit freaked out by all of the really bad reviews. I was thinking "uh-oh this may not end well". I think some of that feeling was because I have had a few less-than-stellar experiences with Home Depot. Anyway, I got the tractor today. It WAS 1 day late, but the tracking and text messages I received from Estes were more detailed than USPS, UPS or Fedex, I was called last night (kind of a freaky bot call) to notify me of the delivery window, and the driver called about 30 minutes before delivery. The guy arrived right on time, unloaded the crate and put it right where I asked him to--which I was happy about since the crate weighed about 600lbs! So, just speaking from one experience, I was pleasantly surprised. If not for the 1-day late thing, which was no huge deal for me, I would have given them 4-stars.”
“This is not a public post office. It is a sortation and/or distribution center. I saw a postman in the parking lot and he told me it wasn't considered a post office, but he graciously took my two envelopes. Thanks to him!!! ?”

He was so gracious about then having to do a recall because the recipient wouldn’t accept it due to tariffs/taxes. So much time put in for me. He was just so kind about a sad and expensive situation. .”
