“I use to bank with Citizens on the cape until the branch manager told me he was leaving to work at another bank. Upon his leaving I immediately opened a new account and transferred to Rockland. The customer service I was use to was just unapparelled this day in age. 10/10 if I ever need anything or have any questions I know I can stop in and get a quick and timely resolve or answer. I'll never forget the help I got in buying my home and the stress from transferring large sums of money was all but none thanks to this branch and it's team.”

“The benefit of online banking is you rarely have to visit a brick and mortar location. The downfall of online banking is you don’t get to see all the amazing people at this bank. Rockland Trust- specifically this location- was recommended to me by several friends and friends that own businesses. Opening an account was seamless and any questions about changes or upcoming ideas have been received well. I’ve needed to solve a few problems and the solutions have felt very collaborative with the whole staff. The online portions have been very user friendly. I’d recommend this bank and this location to anyone and don’t forget to go in every once in a while!”
