Our daughter has attended Dance it Up for over a decade. SUCH a wonderful dance studio. Teaches technique and all sorts of dance but cares about the student's whole well being. Fosters a wonderful caring environment, and does a yearly Nutcracker for students five and up. They also offer a variations class where students get to learn different variations from famous ballets. The pointe program is outstanding. Wonderful hip hop, contemporary, tap, jazz and acro classes. They also offer Latin, Irish Step and Musical Theatre. Great chance for students who want to try one or more! Their dance and play program is a terrific opportunity for young dancers as well. All that and they have a store on site where you can purchase everything your dancer needs. SO convenient for a busy parent.

My 4-year-old daughter really enjoyed the Princess Camp at Dance It Up! that was held this August. The 3-hours-a-day weeklong camp was the highlight of my little princess's summer. The dance teachers and staff at Dance It Up! did a wonderful job preparing the studio with proper safety measures and were amazing at keeping the kids engaged and entertained while socially distanced and wearing masks with frequent hand sanitizing. The little girls danced to Disney princess themed music, created fun crafts, painted nails, colored a huge cardboard castle, watched themed movie clips, listened to princess stories, and of course the most fun part of all, dressed up in beautiful princess dress for the princess tea party with a special princess guest! They even went a step further and equipped the dance studios with technologies to allow parents to remotely join in the fun via live Zoom session. And the girls get to put on a mini dance performance for their parents on the very last day of camp. Thank you for putting a big smile back on my little girl's face :)We have been a Dance It Up! family for years, my 3 daughters all love it there so much, it is like their second home. You guys are amazing at what you do, from the attentive front office to the expert dance instructions to the professional show productions to the fancy and fun Sugarplums boutique that is always full of the most gorgeous dance attires, beautiful accessories, and dress up/stuffed toys that takes the "work" out of gifting our dancers for any occasions. We love Dance It Up!, you will always have our whole-hearted support through it all, keep up the great work! We recommend anyone with children seeking to develop a love of dance and movement to experience this studio, and we hope you'll love it as much as we do.

My 6 yr old daughter absolutely loves Dance It Up. She's been going there a few years taking regular classes and attending special programs. The staff there are fantastic and patient. She's always excited to go dancing. She recently attended the Princess camp and had a fantastic time. She would even rush to bed at night because she couldn't wait to go the next day! I can't say enough, highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about Dance It Up's early childhood programs! My four-year old daughter has had two years of Dance 'n Play and two summers of Princess Camp. She's constantly asking when she can go more than one day of the week! Since the pandemic, I've been thorough impressed with their response and safety measures. I feel very safe and confident sending her to the studio.

My children have taken classes here for several years. Dance It Up! is like a second home to me and my family. All of the teachers are wonderful, caring individuals who bring out the best in all of the dancers. What I love most about Dance It Up! is that all are welcome. It's a nurturing environment that wants to help all children become more confident and healthy and learn to really love to dance. You can't beat that, no matter where else you go.

Someone please explain I have called left messages and do not receive a return phone call and I do not see any cars outside. Is this place still open?

My child had an awful experience with this school. They kicked her out of a performance because she chose to attend her grandmothers funeral instead of practice. Would not recommend at all. Would like to add that the owner told my daughter "people missed birthday parties and bar mitzvahs for this" when she told her that her grandmother had passed away and that she was holding her hand while she died. The other absences were because she had mono. We set up a private lesson at owners request and when we took her there and dropped her off, instead of getting a private lesson she was taken into the store and sold a bunch of products alone without our permission and after thy had made their selections they called my mother at home for permission to use her credit card that they had on file. We did take her for the private lesson but this is what they chose instead. Also what she doesn't tell you is that she let my daughter dance in a performance and then at the event without her parents there was asked to leave the group, so my daughter was alone when this happened and by all accounts, performance went fine. Like I said, she was very ill and lost a family member, but was held in same regard as birthday parties or bar mitzvah. Happy to be free of this toxic situation we have since found a much more professional school that has a competition troupe.

I can not recommend them enough. I sent my little one to their Princess dance camp this summer to see if she would be interested in enrolling in dance this year. They have been absolutely amazing. She loved every day and the instructors were so caring to all the little girls. I'm excited to enroll her in her first official dance year. Thank you for making Olivia's dance experience so positive and fun.

My daughter attended classes at Dance it Up for two years and I couldn't ask for a better experience!! She is very shy and the staff went out of their way to help her to feel comfortable and draw her out of her shell. She received a solid dance education while having fun in an incredibly supportive and inclusive environment. The recitals are always well organized and truly give each dancer a time to shine. I would recommend Dance it Up to anyone looking for a dance studio for their child!

As the story goes, I just moved to Central Mass and have been looking for adult ballet or dance-inspired pilates classes. There are a real shortage of adult classes around Worcester. Anyway, I came here this morning for the Total Barre class and it was a very good workout! The teacher, Stephanie, explained things well and the pace of the class was good for beginners and for those with more muscle. I enjoyed that it combined aspects of ballet and pilates to make the class a challenging workout. I will be trying Stephanie's Pilates mat class on Wed morning! Also, the class's studio is large brightly light, with wall mirrors, sprung wood flooring and all the accessories you can imagine. The actual facility is decorated like a little feminine fairy-tale with lots of purples, pinks, stars, and tutus!

This is the best dance studio by far. We live all the way in Marlborough and on the way to this studio are at least 10 others but I would not choose any other! We have been going there for over 4 years and sadly due to my work schedule my children can't come anymore. The teachers are warm, supportive, knowledgeable and fun - all your kid can ask for! We will miss this place a lot!

I Do not have a child who goes here presently, but I just saw a performance by this dance company in the Grafton Commons. THe performance included ballet, acrobatics and ariel silks. It was simply amazing! Couldn't belive what some of these young girls and boy, could do!!! inspiring. Very graceful ballet as well.
