He even printed our new debit cards right on the spot!The listed hours at Reading Coop are actually their hours, and they're well-staffed, friendly, and helpful. (My partner's been with BofA for decades. They have a "branch" next door, but every time he's tried to go, no one's been there. Frustrating.)Reading Cooperative has a great small-town bank feel, the customer service is unmatched, and their rates are competitive. We checked, and they had the best CD rates available at half a percent minimum above any of the big banks. We started out just needing a simple checking account, but we opened a CD with them soon after as well. Highly recommended!”

“I have been with this bank for years. When I first moved to North Reading over 50 years ago went with Bank of America, hated this bank. Winter Hill has always been helpful whenever I needed them. Tellers are the best. They know who I am and have always been very personable. Always ask about my granddaughter who they watched grow from an infant to a teenager. It's not easy dealing with the public as some people can never be pleased.”
