Had to return with additional documentation. Though the changes in government regulations made it impossible to complete the task for which I had come, everyone there was kind and helpful from beginning to end. From being willing to help me even though it wasn't their station, to being willing to listen to my story, to calling on the help of a supervisor to assure the correct answer, waiting patiently while the supervisor and I conversed, paying attention, and listening to explanations given in response to my questions; I am sure they all share a learning environment - both from the information conveyed, and the pleasant, patient manner in which it was conveyed - which will only serve to improve the experience for those who follow.”
