I did a full synthetic oil change a tire rotation today and I can’t wait to go back for service here Tom is the the absolute man !! Total entertainment funny knowledgeable a great customer service and I trust him with my car fast a friendly service was a pleasure meeting him today ! Will definitely be back soon I just wanted to add that I continue to go with every car that I have to this Midas because I trust them, especially being a woman and not knowing much about cars in general they explain everything in such detail and they really do what they say they are going to do they don’t try to upsell you anything! This is why I choose the quality of people at this Midas I went today and had Sean and his team ( few times now ) I can not express how awesome these group of men are friendly knowledgeable great customer service! Thank you again Sean and see you next oil change

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Service was quick but thorough! Sean was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what my car needed to have done.

I was driving home on 93 and got a flat tire. I made it to Midas and Shawn. The manager was very nice and so wasn’t his team. He helped me every which way he could replace my tire for me so I could get home great place what a great place and friendly people, I recommend them to everybody

I had a flat tire and was from New Jersey. I stopped in and they changed it right away! As a small business owner I appreciate all the help and was able to finish my jobs for the day because of their quick effort to help me out. I had a fantastic experience and would go back anytime for all my tires.

I developed a sudden tire issue on my way to a Christmas party the night before I was to drive 500 miles to see family. I was blessed to drive into Midas in North Reading and encounter assistant manager Mike Blankenship. Mike took care of me promptly and effectively and with the service tech, found and fixed my problem. I couldn't be happier with the service and the upbeat attitude.

I just want to say what a fantastic and wonderful group of guys over there. So yesterday (12/07/23) I was at work and a friend of mine had noticed I had a flat tire. So I called AAA & they had me towed to this place. From the moment we first talked on the phone until the next day (today 12/08) they just went above and beyond. So much so that they helped me carry a load of bags to my car. Thank you guys and I will be recommending you to all my friends. Truly appreciated.

Seriously if I could give this shop a 100 star review I would. Great group of understanding, funny, hard working guys who clearly care. They went the extra mile for me to make sure my car was safe and I am forever grateful for that. Reasonably priced and willing to work with you.
