I use these guys everyday for my work and I find their website to be completely disorganized and my orders always come back ordered with no information stating so before purchased. If you are looking for a reliable source these guys are tough.

I ordered online and I don't receive the product.I ordered by phone and I don't receive the product ? ether .They just let me wait for weeks and I end up buying from somewhere else. They really harmed my business. They are unreliable at all. If you deal with them you have to check the status of your order every day to discover sooner, that they unable to deliver your order.It is very frustrating ?.Or thay send you half of the order and the rest is not available so you end up with unusable parts and it is very difficult to return. The result is your work is delayed, you lose money and time.

The customer service people that work in North Reading MA are absolutely miserable people. I’ve been going here and I place orders online. Been a customer for many years. Mistakes do happen! I’ve had the wrong items delivered. I have had breakage for parts. I never thought too much of the customer service but it has to be said. They have bad attitudes and absolutely NO CLUE how to be a good customer service rep. They even hang up on you without warrant because of their mistakes. Basically, they say it happened so live with it. A simple sorry goes a long way. If you deliver the wrong product. Fix it and fix it with priority! Merrimac Home Interiors LLC

There is only supposed to be 4 people in the showroom at a time but you don’t know how many people are in there until you go in. We also didn’t know if the 3 people in there were employees or customers. The woman that works there said very rudely “Excuse me, only 4 people allowed in the showroom,” scolding us like we were children. When we went back in we were not helped very quickly or cordially. Needless to say we will take our business elsewhere.
