Stop n Shop produce is gross and loaded with pesticides. Small container of watermelon is $6 and it’s disgusting. Then they have prices comparable to Whole Foods.
Eat an apple from stop n shop. Then eat an organic apple from Trader Joe’s that’s cheaper. You’ll never go back to stop n shop again.

Unless you want to pay triple the price for the items you actually find and never ending customer service issues, go elsewhere. Selection available is a joke. One day I had been behind due to a doctor running late and traffic coming home from MGH at rush hour didn't help. I decided to try Curbside in hopes I make up for lost time. The curbside here is a nightmare. Doesn't clearly tell you where. Guy wanting around the parking lot collecting carts is useless when asking for help. Finally figure it out and the same guy gives a cart and says since you're here you can just bring this to the car! He played stupid when I said I asked him in the parking lot. Told the girl at the cs desk he didn't. Meanwhile you pay for curbside but don't get the service you paid for and an employee who lies and doesn't even care. Lesson learned...just do it yourself and at a different store.

In this Stop & Shop getting quality/fresh fruits, vegetables and chicken. It is a small shop and having sufficient parking lots. However, if you're a smart shopper and you have their app, you may find sales and discounts that level the playing field in terms of cost.

The store itself is clean and easy to navigate through; however the staff can be inept and rude. There have been a few occasions where I was left unacknowledged at the deli counter while they were still open. Or I've been made to feel like an intrusion or I've been rudely hurried along as I'm trying to check out by the frontend staff persistently saying the store is closed but not offering any assistance to help remaining customers complete their shopping trips.
