I just had to commend this store for their packing and shipping of a large painting I needed shipped from MA to OR in July. It was quite expensive to have done, which I expected, but it took only 1 week to arrive and upon unpacking the package, the careful wrapping and packing you provided ensured my painting arrived in pristine condition. Thank you so much for your excellent attention to making sure my package was treated so carefully for its long journey. Kudos!

This location is listed as a UPS Access Point.
I sent a package to this store through the access point map. Upon arrival to pick up the package, when the worker saw that the address on the package was addressed to 25 Main St, he immediately began complaining about the address, and arguing that I couldn't do that. He remained rude throughout the encounter.
Please remove this store as an option to add when selecting an access point, or don't complain to people when they show up to retrieve their package after they get out of work. Terrible look.

John and his family always remember me and go above and beyond with their customer service to make you feel appreciated. They are always busy, but still make time to ask you how your day is going. I am close and find them much more convenient than staples for printing services. It's helpful that I can also send my returns/ship packages at same time. They have accommodated last minute printing requests for me on more than one occasion. Thank you guys!

Absolutely rude and horrendous customer service. I didn’t understand that they worked with usps as well so asked the question why they charged $71 to send a card to Canada. If it was easier to go direct to USPS. Literally got send out their office and totally being customer unfriendly. Strongly recommend to use another franchise of UPS or use FedEx or another company, as this location won’t last long due to their own mismanagement…

I let it go during Covid. I remember getting screamed at by the manager for having my nose exposed. God help us all so we went back to continue to work with UPS after Covid and now in 2025 The store made a mistake and then blamed us for it refusing to refund our money, causing us much distress because it was a fairly expensive item. They knew it was an error, but they didn’t care and when we brought it up my wife and even eye on the phone, they basically said to get out of their store. These are mean people that are too arrogant or stupid to do their job. Do not go to the UPS they are not nice. They should close their store.

This place is foul. The owner is so rude to customers. Today my father went to deliver 3 packages and the employee at the counter only scanned 2 of the 3 items. When my mom noticed this, she went to see if they could scan the 3rd package and the owner’s behavior was atrocious. She wouldn’t own up or acknowledge their mistake and instead of just scanning the package she went absolutely mental. If I could give this location a zero, I would.

This location is significantly better than any other UPS store in the area. Services is amazing, they have extended hours, and always are there despite the weather. Highly recommend!

Each time I’ve gone in here the staff has given off rude attitude. *Usually* not the owner but his staff. Each time it’s also denied to have a UPS box even with an overnight shipment. UPS website states it offers free boxes so it is always perplexing why I am given attitude when asking for a box that should be included per UPS policy. I will be using a different location from now on to avoid the unpleasant encounter.
