The staff and service are excellent. The location is the only issue. It’s always tough to turn into and out of the lot due to the traffic being especially heavy in the area.

I can't say enough good things about this UPS store! Rachel and John and their staff are always friendly, accommodating, and professional. They always greet me by name, which cements what a part of the community they are. I have two small businesses and I have used this store for all of my business needs since I moved to the area a couple years ago. I have never been dissatisfied or disappointed by the service I receive. I would recommend using their services without hesitation or reservation - I am a satisfied customer and proud to support this local, woman-owned business!

the owner of this store a power tripping maniac who threatens the cops on kids while being wildly unprofessional with my experience. The official UPS rules says anyone can go pickup my package as long as they have the shipping info and there id however he refused this for me and returned my package putting me out 450$ it’s not just me who has had this problem there are plenty of other reviews about the new owner and just how terrible he really is thanks john

I dropped off an Amazon return in its original box to the UPS store in North Reading. The box had tabs to hold it shut. The UPS employee scanned the bar code from my phone and I handed him the box. As I was leaving I turned around and asked the UPS employee if he could put a piece of tap on the box. (Would have been a 3 inch piece of tape). He said “that will be a dollar.” In disgust I put a dollar on the counter and walked out. Never have I ever experienced such pettiness in any UPS store or US post office. With the money Amazon pays UPS they should be ashamed of themselves. Go to Whole Foods or Kohl’s for Amazon returns!

Rude people all around no courtesy at all or for anyone sending a bottle of perfume for a birthday that's considered alcohol ruined my daughter' s birthday thanks for no signs Amazon sent it to me and I was simply trying to get a gift to my daughter in another state just a thought I was disappointed and the guys breath hit me like a cinder block

It’s 3:30pm on Saturday and the door states they are open until 4. They are currently closed. No one is inside & all lights are off. No signage on door regarding the store needing to close early.

I came to print a music score here. I was never asked how I would like it printed, it was just printed. When I got the book, I was charged an extra $10 for the process of binding it on top of the $5 coil for the binding. I was never told about this extra $10 charge upfront. Additionally, I realized that the pages hadn't been printed double-sided, which is how sheet music books are printed. Again, I was never asked how I would like the pages to be printed. I called and asked if anything could be redone so that it would end up being double-sided, even just the process of binding the book double-sided (which would not have needed the large coil binding and therefore would have been a different process, removing the need for the extra $10), and I was told I would have to pay for this to be redone. In addition, some of the pages are out of order. I am dissatisfied with a product that I overpaid for, and unfortunately was not treated kindly by the staff at this location.

The manager at this store is very disrespectful!! Terrible customer service..use of foul language. Walked around the counter and tried grabbing my package out of my hand!! Dude has anger issues. Dont ever go here.

This is the best ups store I have ever used. The costumer service is incredible. They're very helpful and thorough. They are patient in answering questions. I have never felt rushed. I once had a package get lost in the mail and they continued to track it for me and follow up with regular phone calls until the issue was fully resolved. I sell my art and only feel comfortable shipping out of this store.
