“They say the most loyal customers are the ones who see how you handle things when they go wrong.
Well, things went wrong, and they handled it. Their automated system had some sort of glitch that marked my daughter's birthday party as canceled. When things seemed off, I called a few times and eventually reached Lisa.
She made everything right, and one of her peers even worked off the clock to make sure my daughter's party went off without a hitch.
When the party came folks were none the wiser - the kids were constantly laughing and gleeful and the party was immaculate. All because the staff at Cowabunga's were professional and wanted to make things right even when there was a problem. And they delivered.
Thank you to Lisa and all the Cowabunga's staff. At the end, my son and the other kids said they wanted their next birthday parties there too.”

“We just had our wedding here and couldn't be happier. The venue is beautiful, and the garden was stunning for a fall wedding. They were replacing flowers outside the morning of just to make sure everything looked great! The food is incredible, the staff is so easy to work with and was responsive to all of our questions, and the main reception space was so easy to pivot from a nice sit-down dinner to a lively dance floor! Couldn't recommend more.”

“I had my son’s high school graduation here on a Sunday early afternoon! It was a hit! For such a stressful time and season Julie pulled all of the pieces together for me so I could focus on this time of celebration! On arrival Julie had everything set up exactly the way we confirmed months prior! The food was plenty for everyone 70+ people (definitely get the Nacho Bar)! The graduates loved the cornhole, Jenga and I brought a couple of games as well! We had such a great memorable time and it was worth everything to have Julie put everything together, keep everyone safe with monitored food and beverages and spend time dancing, games and celebrating a momentous moment!! Definitely book your next grad party here!”

“The management is god awful weve been calling for 3 weeks now trying to get a situation sorted out. A staff member yelled at my wife at the front desk she was very unprofessional and the manager Andrea Manny said she would give us a free night and 5000 points. 3 weeks ago this happened and we call everyday no one calls us back or helps out the management is awful a bunch of disrespectful people”

“What an amazing experience! We got married at the Lanam Club on 10/9/21 and had the most wonderful day. From beginning to end, the staff at the Lanam Club helped us put together our vision of a wedding and ultimately delivered everything we expected. We had a smaller sized wedding (110 ppl) and it was perfectly intimate for this venue. The courtyard for the ceremony was the perfect size, interior bar and dining area were great for cocktail hour and late night dancing, and the outside tent for dinner created an awesome ambiance. The food is amazing, highly recommend the filet mignon, along with many of their passed hour 'devours. Joanna was awesome to us and helped is with everything along the way. She was available whenever we needed her and not only provided feedback on our preferences, but also gave us ideas and inspiration for our night. I highly recommend the Lanam Club for your wedding. Especially in the fall!”

“I see a lot of bad reviews of this Holiday Inn. I also read that it used to be a shelter ?. I always check the bed first for bedbugs, and nothing. Everything was very clean, staff was very nice, shower had good pressure, microwave, fridge, and tv's worked great. I felt completely safe, and even tried to get in at a side door that you could only get out of. No sketchy characters, no dirty hallway carpets, no bad smells, and every outlet worked. There were USB ports in every lamp (there were 4 in the room), and the temperature control was great. I would recommend this hotel. I feel like it got a bad name. Maybe they worked on everything that everyone complained about, and that's why it's better. I would stay here again whenever my husband's band plays in Beverly. My husband is a diamond elite member as well have stayed in these hotels all over the country. Never a problem. We were in room 403.”
