Great group of guys. I have taken two of May daughters cars there and there isn't a problem they can't diagnose and fix as far as I'm concerned Very reasonable on the wallet as well

I had my car inspected here one year ago and had a good experience. So I came back. Something has changed here -- for the worse. I waited two plus hours for an oil change and inspection. Unfortunately, the state software for inspections went down. Not Benson's fault. What is their fault is the total devaluation of my time. It was only bc Inwent to the front desk at the two hour mark that they *started* the oil change. Absolutely no respect for their customer's time. There are lots of places to get one's inspection done -- go there. I haven't had real car work done here but my customer service experience at Benson's suggests your time and need for your car back won't be prioritized at Benson's.Services: Vehicle safety inspection

After doing business with Benson's Garage I am confident to continue as a regular customer knowing that my back is covered. Benson's guarantees all of their work with an air of integrity and honesty until the issue is resolved and customer is satisfied. The owner and Manager Joe has definitely continued the great legacy established by the original owner John Benson. When my car breaks down or if I just need brakes I am calling Benson's Garage.
