“When I have to use a laundromat this is the only 1 I will go to. It's always clean and the gentleman that comes in at night to lock up is very, very nice. They're also very honest. I used the extra large machine and it didn't spin my clothes out so I had to put them back in machine, I left a message for owner and received a refund in the mail a couple of weeks later.”
“I probably have written a review for a Laundromat once or twice before, but I guarantee I've never written a review this long due to all the praise I have for a Laundromat.
I love this place. I always feel so bougie being here. I love that they have so many seats and places to fold laundry. And trash cans and recycle bins (seriously, makes a difference since you never have to worry about the bins overflowing).
I've never been here this early before, but the attendants washing the place are so attentive to detail. I literally saw one of them scrubbing the inside of the place where you pour the detergent in. I have never looked in there (partially because I'm short and can't actually look into them, but I've never even thought about it)
You can always find at least one machine free or one machine about to be free.
I love the rolling carts, they are so convenient and there seems to be the exact amount where there are enough without being so many that they are in the way.
I chose this chain close to a year ago when I moved to the area because they have a laundry card, meaning I can pay with credit card and not have to deal with coins. Which is so helpful while waiting for that next paycheck.
I also love that they have a vending machine with some things to eat, drink, and even laundry bags in case yours breaks.
The machines are stellar. They have machines in all sorts of sizes which I love because I'm the laundry heathen that prefers to shove all their clothes in one unit ?
Whether you need a 1 load or an 8 load machine, they've got you. And they work beautifully. I've never had issues with any breaking down or not cleaning or not drying.
The machines are ALWAYS working, which I've found to be such a luxury. I also love that they have tags in case one isn't working. Just stick the thing on and save other people from the headache.
There are definitely times when it's more crowded than others. But there's a sidewalk so you can walk elsewhere if you need space.
The place is always SO CLEAN. I don't know if I'm too used to shared apartment laundry rooms or still have trauma from the dorm laundry rooms, ? but it's really so clean. I've never dropped a piece of just washed laundry on the ground here and go "well, definitely not clean now." Which makes sense when you see the attendants scrubbing down things that I never even thought about. And I usually come here VERY late so it's not like it's only been a few hours since they cleaned. I'm usually here pretty late since I'm more of a night bird and also I need to get my things done when the stores are open, and many aren't past 8 or 9 these days.
Which brings me to ...THE HOURS ♥️♥️♥️ I LOVE THE HOURS! They are so convenient. I find so many places here close so early (for me anyway). Knowing I don't have to rush after work to get my laundry done is so convenient. It also was perfect for today when my adorable cat woke me up at 5:30 AM. I had to do laundry today anyway and was able to see that the place had already been open for 30 mins. So now I don't need to work at the Laundromat. I'm able to get it done before work. The fact they're open weekends and holidays is so amazing. Sometimes those are the only times you can get things done.
They also have a good size parking lot. I've never had to worry about finding a spot. There are always plenty of spaces.
The only thing that would make this place even better would be free WiFi. But honestly I don't mind it since the rest of the place is so nice. I bring crochet or study or something. And if I really need wifi the Dunkin donuts next to it has wifi and it's literally next door, no need to cross a street or anything. It's super convenient. Especially if it's busy in the Laundromat and you want a quieter place to hang out while you wait for your ”

“We brought some refugees who were stranded at Logan here so they could do laundry - 4 people each with 1 load and none of them able to speak English. To make things worse, I hadn't been to a laundromat for 30 years. The woman who ran the shop was awesome. She understood and went out of her way to help and make our guests feel at home. The place was spotless, had multiple sizes of machines and the rest of the clientele were equally as kind. It was a great experience for some folks who haven't had an easy time of it. Highly recommend this laundry”

Very nice polite and esp. hard working staff.Update: So when I started going here it was $0.79 a lb now its about its about $1.20 a lb and I just picked up my daughter's clothes which ticket bill was originally $19.20 and $2.58 got added on when I went to pick it up so it went up to $21.78 thankfully I had the extra couple dollars and I still tipped as well. Not sure sure if that's now including tipping prices...I had been out of town granted and always had a good relationship with them. “First time washing clothes here and we were impressed. Large amount of washers and dryers covering a wide variety of sizes. We were there on a Saturday between 11:30am-1pm. Even though there were multiple people there, it didn't seem cramped for space. Laundromat was clean and temperature inside was cool. There are plenty of seats, folding tables and wire carts.”
