My first time getting a storage unit, Katlyn was very professional and friendly. The unit is very clean , cameras all over the property, pest control comes in every month, so I feel as though so have chosen the right place ?

The best indoor storage that is temperature controlled. It is clean and in impeccable shape. My daughter moved out of her dorm and lives abroad, therefore as she had computer modules they were in a safe, dry and climate controlled space. Nothing smelled humid or muggy. Everything was perfect.

We went to web sight picked out which storage size we needed filled out paper work sent it & we got a return message within 5-10 min..all set with storage location site number & code to get in.went the next day to bring some of our stuff Did all that Sunday late & brought our stuff to our storage site Mon. Morning. Code to get in worked our site had lock & keys inside waiting for & our storage was clean & ready for us. We had called manager Monday morning with a couple question answered phone & questions right away.told us the lock was there he made sure we knew were to go & if we needed him he’d be right @ office. Very nice

Easy as pie. From initial contact, to reserving to confirmation to moving in - the entire process was simple and professional, with everything done digitally (if only the move itself!). I highly recommend Moove In Self Storage in Easthampton, MA.

Setting up the reservation and storage unit couldn't have been easier! I needed a summer climate controlled storage space for my college-aged daughter, and Moove In Storage was very helpful!
