I hereby join the choir of enthusiastic praise for the Ana Bandeira Cafe. It has become a regular destination for me. The food is yummy! I had the Eggs Benedict which was absolutely delicious! The desserts are exquisite - and the service is gracious. A must for all who treasure cafes!
We are a from-scratch bakery and cafe, highlighting our chocolate in baked goods and desserts. We also have a full breakfast and lunch menu which, like our chocolate, focuses on high-quality hand made food.
All of our chocolate is hand made and tree-to-bar. By this we mean that we only use cacao from our family farm in Espírito Santo, Brazil. We are hands-on and directly responsible for every step of the chocolate making process, from the selection of the ripe cocoa pods all the the way to the making of chocolate bars and other chocolate delights. Unlike most large chocolate producers, we only use natural ingredients and never use emulsifiers, flavorings or preservatives.
We will change the way you think about chocolate.
