“I just completed a second handbuilding workshop at Easthampton Clay, located in the Eastworks building. Both instructors were very thorough, answering any question I may have while individually attending to each student, assuring their project was successfully completed. I cannot wait to sign up for the full handbuilding class that is offered in this quaint, restored factory building!”
“Joel is an old school landlord. The units won't be newly renovated, he only takes paper checks, etc. BUT what you get is a landlord who won't charge you insane rent and is a pretty caring person. I pay about half of what my friends do for similar properties in similar locations. When I was going to be late to work because the plow hadn't come yet (oh yea, did I mention he does your snow removal?), I texted him and he sent them to my house in UNDER FIVE MINUTES to take care of everything! His maintenance service is great (fix any issues same day) and he is very responsive to any lease or housing questions. I really appreciate Joel and know a lot of other people who do as well. I wish the 95% of people who have positive experience left reviews at the same rate as the 5% who don't.”
“It is very peaceful here. The grounds are clean, maintenance is very responsive. The dog park is a great addition and I like having Dunkin so close by. Matt, Mel and Phoenix do a great job.”
“Not enough great things to say about these people! Chris, the property manager, takes extreme pride in providing a fantastic living experience, she’s super easy to talk to and truly wants the best for you unlike many other leasing companies who just try to run up the bill. I wish I knew about these guys earlier as I would have lived here last year as well. Only thing: if you’re planning on heading into the office, make sure they know you’re coming. Since it’s a smaller office sometimes they’re not always there on the exact specified hours, but you’ll only really need to worry about that when dropping off your security deposit and such.”

“We lived here for a little over 2 years and it was great. The maintenance staff was always helpful and the place is very peaceful and quiet for the most part.
This location cannot be beat in regards to being close to downtown Northampton. I did extensive research prior to moving to Northampton and this was by far the best place we could have chosen. Would live there again.”
