“Went to the Easthampton RMV so they could update their computer files for my CDL. Their automated computer or perhaps a real person, downgraded my CDL to a Class D which was a terrible ? thing because I'm a School Bus Driver and a CDL with P and S endorsements are required. No workee, no payee. The RMV Help Desk Clerk (man) straightened it all out in a few minutes with one phone call. He told me that he doesn't know where the woman he spoke with pulled my info out of but it has now been upgraded. He printed me a copy of his compter screen showing my active CDL status. I thanked him and back to work I went to drive my next Bus Route. Thank You Easthampton, MA RMV Help Desk Clerk.”
“For two years lived in one of Greenbaums apartments and enjoyed it! Joel always replied to our concerns in a timely manner , and the maintenance men would come quickly.”
“I’ve throughly enjoyed living at the Social Amherst. The staff, Mel, Phoenix, and Matt have been extremely helpful and responsive when needed. They will follow up about any issues that were reported and make sure that the problem has been successfully solved. They’ve communicated very clearly about closures, updates, warnings, events, and activities on and around the complex. Overall, my experience has been great and I expect it’ll continue that way.””
“Chris and Kathy are the best!! They are caring and provide prompt professional responses to any of the tenants’ needs. I love the attention to detail and motivation to renovate their properties!! They care and it shows!!”
