Filled up my gas tank 1-25-24 from here for $50.05 using premium as I always do. Drove home and parked my car. The next morning I started my car and it was running very rough. My check engine light turned on for multiple cylinder random misfires and continued for the rest of the day running terrible. I put Techron fuel stabilizer in the tank and it fixed it by the next ignition cycle. Hasn’t acted up in 5 days since the fuel stabilizer. Never had a problem with my vehicle before.

If you shop at Big Y this is the best place to go for gas depending on how much you spend shopping you will save on fuel using your big y card it saves money 💰💰

I need to give a big shoutout to Joseph, who is bagging at the checkout lanes in your West Hartford, CT store right now. It’s Super Bowl Sunday and the store is packed. A person in front of me in line had brought exactly the right amount of money for her purchase, but she did not factor in the cost of bags, and she was a couple cents short. She was embarrassed and was starting to worry about what she was going to do. Without skipping a beat, Joseph pulled out his wallet and handed the cashier a dollar to cover the cost of her extra bags. He kept the line moving quickly, helped out a person who was about to have a stressful afternoon, and showed what kind people work at your store! Bravo, Joseph and Big Y!!!

Don't buy Big Y gift cards! I was told this morning you can only use them for certain things. They already have my money so why do they care what I purchase with them? Sooooooo wrong!!

Besides the high prices. The cashier I had today was making a point of spraying down the entire belt and card machine etc... for germs. However he kept on the same blue gloves for EVERY transaction. Touching money everyone’s groceries from one person to the next. You are better off sanitizing your hands between transactions or if the gloves make you feel better change each transaction. ?♀️?♀️
