HOW HAVE I NOT BEEN COMING HERE FOR YEARS?! I absolutely LOVED this place. Their stuffed apple pancake was the best pancake I have ever had. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. 10 stars!

The Bluebonnet Diner is a classic. It represents nostalgia in very updated fashionable setting. You can tell is a great place to dine - by all the regulars that come in daily! The menu is well thought out, and the good food is always something you can count on. I'd definitely call it a landmark restaurant in Northampton! *****

We were traveling and stopped for breakfast so good real maple syrup some of the best French toast I have ever had. Great coffee great breakfast.
