Based on the reviews, Cooley Dickinson Hospital has staff who are kind, competent, efficient, and compassionate. The technicians work hard to make patients comfortable, even during painful procedures like an MRI. The ER staff, including nurses, doctors, surgeons, and phlebotomists, are amazing and willing to go the extra mile, especially in emergency situations. One staff member, Courtney MA, was amazing and helped a patient feel safe during a vaccine, making the experience painless. While the care inside the hospital is praised, the staff parking is awful with never any spots available. One patient had to park in valet and walk up a hill in 10 degree weather after a heart transplant, only to receive a passive aggressive paper on the dash about parking. Despite this, the hospital provides free parking for patients. Overall, Cooley Dickinson Hospital offers compassionate care, though parking for staff is a significant problem.

You should give Alec from 22 Atwood Street a raise! They fought insurance for me, even staying after their shift to make sure I got my operation approved.
Everyone was incredibly kind during my hysterectomy and the time leading up to it. I never felt embarrassed or scared, they were all gentle and compassionate.,

I had an MRI today at Cooley Dick. I have autoimmune arthritis in my back and laying flat on my back is extremely painful. The technician worked hard to make me as comfortable as possible. They were kind competent efficient. If I need an MRI again I will go to Cooley-Dick

Courtney MA was AMAZING! I am terrified of needles but she helped to make me feel so much more safe. I didn’t even notice when she gave me the vaccines. I really hope that I have her next time!
