I have been going to this Firestone for many years, as everyone there is knowledgeable, accommodating, professional, and super nice. I really appreciate all of it. They regularly do all of my family's car inspections and seasonal tire change overs, they've fixed a frozen steering column on one of the cars, and they're awesome about coming out to check/correct tire pressure if I swing by. I'm grateful they're in town, and I recommend them to everyone. Thank you Northatmpon Firestone!

Bad costumer service, took way too long. I had and appointment for 1pm and igor out of there at 3. Also cost more than I expected and what is normal for an alignment. Would not recommend. I only went there because they had an open appointment and others didn’t, now i know why

I had a very long and uncomfortable (freezing waiting room) wait here for my tires to get installed. Most of staff seemed to spend a lot of time sitting around in the shop and were not interested in communicating with the customers. I was shocked when it came time to pay as the staff had slipped in extra service without me realizing they were extra services not included in the tire install. I left feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. Terrible experience.

Our family has been coming for car work here for years. I take my Mercedes for all tires and mechanics. Great job! The guys are friendly professional and honest. Recently I had to bring in my Mercedes for tire pressure issues. They checked out my tires and had me on the road within 20 minutes! Great place ??

Went in for an inspection and oil change, had a horrible experience this morning! Staff were very rude and un professional, wish I had got their names. Will not be going back here again even after going here for years with mine and my husband’s vehicles. Very disappointed

Had some brakes done, an alignment and a cabin air filter. The car does feel good after picking it up. That being said, I feel like there's a major problem when they mark up A twenty dollar cabin air filter to $96, Which doesn't even include installation.. The cabin air filter cost more Than the front brake pads for both sides. I can understand markup,
But this is appalling. I don't know how you can take advantage of people like that, And sleep at night.

I have had a few things addressed at this location. The staff is always friendly and helpful. My car always ready in a reasonable amount of time.

Kim Chandler (atleast thats what he told me his name was) who was at the front desk was extremely rude. When i asked him about my oil change options it seemed like he was not at all ready to answer a couple of my questions. I just asked him what i will be paying and why that was the cost. He went cuz its synthetic oil and nodded his head as if he did not care about the services i was getting. I was waiting for 1 hour and asked him why it was taking so long. He goes”cuz thats how much time it takes”. At the end i asked him the reason for being rude and he said there was no reason and that he was tired.
