I love eyebrow threading and was happy to find a place nearby. The service was all fine, I was just disappointed that the woman doing my eyebrows gave me an arbitrary shape and thinned them too much, despite me trying to explain to her many times what I wanted. I have very thick brows and just wanted them cleaned up with some more shape, but instead I got some weird round arches and too much thinning. Also I don’t know what they put on your skin after to wipe, but my skin is still burning.

I had such a great experience getting my eyebrows done here! The staff was friendly, and really listened to what I wanted. My brows look clean, perfectly shaped, and natural, exactly how I like them. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend.

Excellent job! She didn't thin my brows out and the threading really didn't hurt at all like I've experience at other places. I'm so I'm love with my shape! Definitely coming back

The Lady in this place does a phenomenal job, and is good with first timers as well. Quite an array of Nepalese gifts if you're in to that sort of thing!

If you are thinking to shape your eyebrows! This is great place to stop by. Their employees are kind and gentle. I have been going there over since 2010. I have seen some employees have been there for years. I think, They have been taking care of their employees and customer well. They delivered what they promise ?. Gbs brows is my favorite place to shape my eyebrows, and always comes great.

Extremely Disappointing ExperienceI recently had a service at this salon and I am extremely disappointed with the outcome. The staff, particularly Kristi, completely ruined my eyebrows. If you're thinking about giving brow threading a shot for the first time, proceed with caution. I didn't know I had to pull my eyelids. Despite my efforts, I ended up with a few scratches on my eyelids. The technician said I didn't pull enough. The tech was friendly and said sorry for the scratches, but I feel there wasn't enough guidance for first-timers like me. I'd suggest doing some research before trying or considering alternative options if you are a first-timer.Service: Eyebrow threading

Nobody knows how to thread except for UJALA !!!! They rush, they don’t even remove all the hairs, they mess up the shape. Please keep UJALA here permanently, she’s the best !!!!!!!Service: Eyebrow threading

I had a great experience today. I went to the Northampton store of GBS brows and Mrs. Shilpa did my eyebrows and upper-lip threading. The lady was extremely sweet and friendly. She is very good at her job; my eyebrows look perfect! Not even a single cut. Thank you for the service, worth the money compared to other services around Amherst.
