Taking caring of seniors is one of the hardest jobs for a family. But with places like Highland Valley Elder Services the burden is definitely lessened. I don’t know what we would do without their help!

I have worked with Highland Valley Elder Services and these folks are great people. I have been behind the scenes and can honestly say that every staff member I have met is truly a dedicated professional.
The kitchen is always clean and food is fresh. I have nothing but the highest praise for the meals on wheels service.
Great job Highland Valley. We appreciate you!

Thank you Highland Valley, for being a place to count on for my mom. The home delivered meals are a bright spot in her day, which gives me comfort. Navigating the care of senior is not easy, and Highland has been thereto answer questions when needed. Good people!

If these idiots knock on your door, don't answer. The people lie and say anything they want to. I have the idiot on camera lieing because he's apparently too stupid to see a camera with lights flashing recording sight and sound. Avoid these clowns.

i wonder why highland valley is always having meetings or not available for help it’s been 10 weeks and they haven’t even finished doing the information i need. Tempest has done there job but says Highland valley needs to finish doing there part. they need to approve my worker for back pay that all the time sheets have been submitted. i have two workers and there never around or in meetings it’s really frustrating. my worker is about to leave me. i’m 71 and widowed i need help. answer my questions highland valley or i’m going to report them for adult abuse i’m haveing anxiety daily.

Would not recommend at all. Had initial consult to get services for my mom. They said referrals would be sent for services. That was 5 months ago. Several emails and phone calls to them to get the status and nothing. Very frustrating.

I am not happy with the services provided at Highland Valley Elder Care. The meals on wheels program does not consistently provide good food. The cleaning service does not do a good job and states that they can’t clean the things I need taken care. The foot care person left hang nails on my feet. My neighbor has to come over and redo all that was left out by these services.

I've only worked here delivering meals for 3 days and I LOVE IT! It's so nice to know I'm making a difference in peoples lives who have a hard time getting out of the house. I have already met some wonderful people on my route <3 *UPDATE* I miss you guys and the people I delivered to so much!!!
